I'll take some Lord of the Rings hobbit pipeweed over that shitty Harry Potter wizard weed any day.

~Abbie :joint:
Right on Abbie,I love me a bowl of Old Toby after a hard day in the shire!!
The first true pipe-weed was grown by Tobold Hornblower, who most likely obtained his first specimens from Bree around 2670. He bred and cultivated the plant, which flourished in the warm, sheltered climate around Longbottom in the Southfarthing of the Shire. One of the most popular varieties of pipe-weed, Old Toby, was named after him. Longbottom Leaf and Southern Star were two other popular types of leaf of the Shire, while Southlinch was a variety grown in Bree.:smoker:

why would anyone so high profile do something like that in their own home? pay a friend to grow it for you, you dumb actor!

Busted: Harry Potter Star Arrested Over Secret Cannabis Farm at his Mother's House

He's been in some sticky situations in his role as Vincent Crabbe, the thuggish bully in the Harry Potter movies.

But 19-year-old Jamie Waylett is now facing deeper trouble than his character ever did, following a drug bust which began when he was stopped in a car and eight separate bags of cannabis were allegedly discovered.

Things took an even more serious turn when cops conducted a search of his mother's house and discovered an alleged cannabis farm.

After observing suspicious behaviour, police in Westminster, central London, stopped the actor in an Audi car and discovered eight prepared bags of cannabis inside.

He was then arrested, along with another man. Later, cannabis plants were found at his home where he lives with his two brothers, sister and mother, Theresa. Things then went from bad to worse. A search of the house netted ten mature cannabis plants with an estimated value of £2000.

The illegal plants, which naturally grow in far hotter climates than ours, were being cultivated under special powerful hydroponic lights.

As Vincent Crabbe, Jamie Waylett and his menacing presence have been firm features of all six Harry Potter movies.

His bully character will return to the big screen this summer in the latest instalment of the series: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

The actor and the man he was with have have been bailed until July, and are at risk of stiff penalties if convicted, especially since cannabis was reclassified from a Class C to a class B substance in January of this year.

The maximum penalty for simple possession of the Class B drug is five years in prison and an unlimited fine.

While if convicted of cannabis production, the young star could face as many as 14 years behind bars.

i bet there are quite a few other athletes, musicians and celebrities that may enjoy participating in our hobby. even i had more money than god id still be tending the bushes.

Looks like cannabis, smells like cannabis, but I am not sure, further testing is needed???
Can the London police be this clueless.

Nope, they're not clueless. They test it to bolster their case against the defendant. The defense is going to ask for proof, and the prosecution will give it to them in the form of a scientific report.

Harry Potter star on drug charges!

Harry Potter star on drug charges!

lol......

"
A TEENAGE actor from the Harry Potter films was charged today with illegally growing 10 cannabis plants, British police said, shortly before the world premiere of the latest movie.
Jamie Waylett, 19, who plays schoolboy bully Vincent Crabbe, will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court in central London on July 16 "charged with producing a class B drug, namely 10 plants of cannabis", police said.
Waylett, from north London, appears as the overweight, greedy and dim-witted side-kick of villain Draco Malfoy in all of the films about boy wizard Harry.
The charge was announced just hours before the Potter stars walked up the red carpet in London for the world premiere of the sixth film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
The pre-release buzz suggests the new movie will add a sizeable chunk to the $US4.5 billion ($5.65 billion) in box office receipts already earned by the successful Potter movie franchise"
