We here @ Area 51 are looking for a new homefront. During this process, I am researching the laws that are associated with becoming a caregiver. If there is information that could help out...or a direction to be pointed towards...

Check page 4 for the description of the non-commercial garden. I'm not positive, but I think as these laws would both be in effect the state canopy size would trump the local? And the $1000/yr per light fee would stay in (as no fees in the state portion)

Good example of the kind of surprise I was curious about.. yeah you can grow but any county or town can add a fee? :/

here's a few of the proposed commercial license fees on page 3. note the $30k for 201+ members. I wonder how many members harborside has for 20k :x

Same crew getting caught sabotaging their last ballot, measure z. scheming to leave a typo in the ballot text made it a year past the election before anyone noticed that it actually said the opposite, making sales/smoking legal in public places instead of at home.
