Comunity Service, 30 hours

R

randude101

I was given a bunch of stuff to do for a DUI and Pocession charge that I got in Virginia over a year and a half ago. If I go to Virginia in December and come in with all of these requirements met I get the MJ taken off of my record. Means I will not have a police record, except DUIs. I finished everything but the comunity service. Nobody really told me how to get my comunity service done, and when I was looking at my papers I see that I was supposed to have that completed on 4/20... Just kidding, I was supposed to have it completed on 4/1/09.

Now I asked a few people and they tell me that I can get it done from any legit business (golf course for instance). I do not know, and even my attorney has not returned my call on this. What I need to do is probably fake a document that states that I had done something for some agency. I just need to know what Virginia Beach is going to expect from me. It sounds so informal, and I think it would be pretty easy to fake if what I hear is true. I am in Louisiana right now, and maybe the laws here are different.

Anyone ever dealt with this one? If you have experience with Virginia Beach it would be better. I am sure someone is going to judge me for letting this slide, but I am a stoner, and a business man as well. And this if for pocesing three grams of weed. It is not like it was for a property crime or something.

Thanks

The Court or Probation are supposed to set up the service.

If you want to try it on your own do it in someplcae like the Salvation Army or a similar non profit place....

I don't think a golf course is going to impress the Judge....

Cuz a girl I used to mess with got a DWI and needed to do 180hrs and I forged them all for her haha.. We just used the name of a local NA/AA metting place's address.. Then we just put my old cell phone# as the contact number.. When she handed it in the guy looked at it for 2 seconds and said "OK". I don't reccomend doing this in Virginia because I doubt they have alot of people doing community service there.. We were living in New York City at the time and there used to be like 2 hour probation lines there.. They would rush you in and out there.. Ask your attorney to find somebody that runs an AA organization or a fire department or somebody who will forge them for you.. Just throw them a couple hundred and I'm sure you will figure it out..

If it's in va beach, go to a CHKD - give them $500 for a slip that says you put in the time. Good cause, children's hospitals.

I asked around and found a friend who had been arrested and got some hours, he passed me the # of someone who sold the hours at $1 a piece, the man even drove 3 counties to meet me, my friend told me to tip him an extra buck per hour. he has a charity business that is legit and sells teh hours on the side. if the courts call he will back it up under oath.

When I had to do community service to graduate high school I did it at a Food Bank. There were plenty of 'court ordered' people there. Even bs'd with a PO that came by. These kids were minors by I'm sure you could do it at a food bank. All you do is pack lunches and move food around.

Of course... I 'accidentally':smoke: forgot to have someone sign off on a bunch of hours the days I 'did' them and got them signed off anyway.

I don't know if I'd try to bribe them. The directors etc, don't get paid much (if at all). And they do their job out of the goodness of their heart. It's a PITA, I know, just find a loophole.

Just to clarify in almost every major city there will be several operations that their main or 2nd source of income is selling the hours, they dont really consider a bribe then. May I suggest asking at your local skatepark, either the staff will do it or someone there should have some leads for ya'
