K def with Lucas

Hi, this is my setup:

Strain:Dutch Passion Fem Norther Lights#5
DWC
2 plants Each in own bucket.
2.5 gal of water

Have been using the filterd ro glaciar water you see outside of grocery stores.
Been feeding it 8/16 lucas.
Fill the res up with 20ml Micro 40 ml Bloom for 2.5gal res.

takes about a week/week.5 to re fill with res with straight water, *note, I am doing the Lucas feeding method where you fill the res 1 time with nutes then over time keep adding plain water until i have added enough plain water to match the starting fill, which in my case is 2.5 gl.

400w hps

+-85f
+-40% humidity

1 month into flower

plants show signs of persperation

Increasing signs of Potassium def, almost all the leafs, the outer edgs are turning yellow and getting hard, the tips are yellowing and bending over.

I read that to much nitrogen can throw off the P balance. idk if that has anything to do with it.

This was NOT THERE at all during veg growth. So im assuming it has to be the food. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Switch brands completely?
Something I can add?
Different ratios?
hmmmm

-your input would be greatly appreciated

hi uberpooner, im sorry to say that I have the exactly the same issues and the very same setup, except for the strain and res size. my point here is that I've had this problem for almost 3 weeks now, and have talking to people here and several other forums too. it seems to me that no one out there has any answers for our problems. so if you do get someone to tell you what's wrong and how to fix it, then please contact me and tell me what to do. sorry if I got your hopes up, thinking this was an answer or a valuable reply.

Hmmm, I read in the sick plant sticky, http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688

"When your Relative humidity is low, you can almost bet your going to soon get a potassium deficiency from your plants perspiration."

My humidity is at around 40%, is that to low???
I think that quote pertains to me because sometimes i see "sweat spots" on the leafs, only on a few and about the size of a penny, looks just like the plants were almost sweating.

deviant1 what are your humidity levels?

what's your ec/ppm?? it could be nute burn. some plants can't tolerate full lucus. my recipe for sudden leaf problems has always been to flush with ph5.5 water for 24 hrs then add 1/4 strength basic bloom and give a light foliar spray with cal mag or epsom salt for any possible mag def. and see what happens over a couple of days

several lucas threads recommend 5ml/10ml for anything under 600 watts. if you have a light feeder, 8ml/16ml may be too strong for 400.
