So, I live in PA. I am taking a big risk doing what i do with the plant (from seed to pipe), but just for my own preparedness, in case of a serious malfunction of life i get busted (which is practically impossible as nobody knows about it, no visible signs outside, and i'm well known on my street to be a "good kid" who always helped around the neighborhood. if people asked my neighbors, they would say "oh i know ****. he's a good guy known him since he was a kid"...so nebnoses i'm not too concerned about. BUT.
if somehow, the two people who know about it ran their mouth (which, i know they wouldn't do. i've treated them great, they've treated me great, and i've known both for awhile. the one is my drop ship, where i send seeds, pipes, etc. she doesn't care as she has nothing to hide and knows she can't get in trouble for getting a package in the mail. Anyway, heres the situation.
Say the word gets out, and LEO is notified in SOME fashion. They would obviously need a warrant; and that's practically impossible to get as my house meets all regulatory codes, never had police called to the house in 10 years (one time when i was a angry, angry young kid)...nothing that sticks out. Let's say they GET the warrant.
I know i put myself in a bad situation doing this, but i have 2 legal weapons in my home (Shotgun for hunting, pistol for protection)...with 11 plants. I know when i cut the males i'll be below 10 (which i know is a marker in the judicial system when it comes to severity of the jail time, etc.)
Lets say i was busted with 11 plants, and 2 weapons.
First time offender, state of PA.
With a GOOD lawyer, what am i honestly looking at as far as time/fines? I know it varies a lot, but i need to prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. Show me the worse case, and best case.

Possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. The penalties for possession of greater than 30 grams increase to a possible one year in prison and a fine up to $5,000.
Delivery for no remuneration of 30 grams or less of marijuana is treated as possession with a possible penalty of 30 days in jail and a fine up to $500. Cultivation, delivery or sale of 1,000 pounds or less is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000. For amounts greater than 1,000 pounds, the penalty increases to a possible 10 years in prison and a fine up to $100,000. The court is authorized to increase the fines beyond the maximum to exhaust the proceeds of the crime. Sale or distribution to a minor by a person over the age of 21 doubles the possible penalties.
Delivery of marijuana within 1,000 ft of a school or within 250 ft. of recreational playground is punishable by 2-4 years in prison.
Possession or sale of paraphernalia is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine up to $2,500, unless the sale was to a minor, in which case the possible penalties double.
For first offenders, the court may grant probation without verdict.
Any second or subsequent drug conviction increases the possible penalties to twice those for first time offenders.
