Something similar happened to person on another board i used to frequent,he had a 1 or a few small lophora shipped to his residence from a uk vendor .Lived in a small town ,which doesn't usually if ever, recieve international mail.The postal people took notice,opened it,and contacted po,po.

His residence was searched ,and him and his girl were caught.They found s bunch of other stuff once inside.They both had no record and,they got a lucky judge,who went easy on them considering other contraband they found,they got out and moved to different place.

Calm down and think it through...Have you given them irrefutable evidence that it was you who ordered that package, i.e. acknowledge such when discussing a meet, cc purchase, etc? If so, your best recourse imho, as stated previously, is to chat w/ them through your lawyer. IT WILL NOT HELP YOU TO TALK W/O ONE.

What I'd recommend is deleting this since it's practically a written confession, moving the computer you've used to inquire about it temporarily and cleaning up anything incriminating you may have laying around until things blow over.

Although the Native American Church was automatically issued an exemption, the possession of peyote became subject to federal regulation. The trade of medicine became commercialized and heavily monitored.

Any person who manufactures peyote for or distributes to the Native American Church, however, is required to obtain registration annually and to comply with all other requirements of the law.
Although peyote is listed as a Schedule 1 controlled substance in the act and under Schedule 1 of the federal act, a separate federal regulation (21 cfr 1307.31 (April 1, 1989)) exempts the non drug use of peyote in bona fide religious ceremonies of the Native American Church. In light of Employment Division v. Smith 494 U.S. 872, 108 L. Ed.2d 876, 110 S.Ct 1595 (1990), states should consider including in Schedule 1 an exemption similar to that found in 21 cfr 1307.31 (Uniform Controlled Substances Act (1990) (U.L.A.) sec, 204 “comment”.)
Peyote’s religious exemptions do not insure freedom from prosecution as the burden of proof still rests with the defendant. Evidence of a spiritual practice is often called for in a court of law. Even in Arizona, where the exemption has been upheld and is well known, we are still subject to persecution due to the over-handed and unconstitutional scrutiny applied by the War on Drugs.

no, but seriously, dont talk to them for 2 reasons:
1) all they are trying to do is create self incrimination, the fact that they are asking to 'talk' proves they dont have enough to slap you with charges
2) you can be charged with lying to FEDs
3) they can make shit up that you didnt say; where as - if you dont talk to the cops they have a lot of difficulty

If they want to talk to someonem, they can bloody well talk to your lawyer.
