Pretty much any pot back then that stunk realy bad/good was called skunk

if the seeds pop the plan is to find the best males and females, make selections upon which father and mother produced the best seed, then make them freely open to people (plus these seeds are actually about 1980 - 1990)

I have some old brick weed beans from the early to middle 1990's i have just planted.I put them in some tap water in a cup and let them soak in a warm dark spot for two days and none of them sunk on their own.I had to shake the cup to get some to drop to the bottom of the cup.It was about 100 beans.I planted them all about 2 day ago and so far i have about 14 of them up out of the dirt.I can't wait to see what i end up with.

I've always believed "skunk" itself to be a hybrid developed in the late 70s; can't see how seeds from 1960 would fit the description.

Anywho.....put 1-200 in the freezer for a few days, then soak em in a tub of lukewarm water for a week or so - anything that pops a tail, plant.

herd that lol espically where i live skunk would have been all over school instead of kona gold mauai waui tie stick blue hawain columbians from plain to gold to red to rainbow.

now in 83 when i came back to town and was turned onto some skunkbud for 60$ 1/4oz i about chit on the price. i didnt get much untill 88-98 friend of mine and his brother would get it all the time from northern cali. family lived up there kept me happy. i saved all seed obtained some bags wouldnt have any seed some only 1 or 2 hence my collecting 10 yrs. have few left
