so i was just reading about wallyduck going to jamaica. He went there, bought 11 lbs. of ganja, grinded it all down and bubble bagged it into some hash...how much hash you can get out of 11 lbs. of MJ is still a mystery to me...

i know MJ is cheap in jamaica, but i have a few questions about how i could possibly pull this off...

how easy would it be for me to legitimately come across 10 lbs?

how long do you think it would take to process 10 lbs into hash?

how would I go about packaging it up and successfully getting it through customs?

if anyone can offer any insight, or ideas, I would be very pleased...

atleast five ounces--takes about a day with 20g bags. You can make some serious cash doing this, but a lot of people get busted through the mail. Federal charges if you get popped by customs. Best way to get it to the states would be fishing vessels during marlin tournament season.

1kg of herb makes roughly 100 grams of hash , varying grades .
You can process 1kg at a time in the 20 gallon bubble bags , buts its a lot faster with a mechanised process rather than wooden battons as was the way it was done in jamaica .
Id say with a few guys you could do it in a day , but its hard yakka .

As for finding the quantity , id be careful and make sure you had contacts before travelling , quantity with quality might be harder to find .

youd want to pack it with coffee, get it in the freeze-dried/sealed grinds with the burlap bag over the outside and the blue mountain name on it so its super obvious its coffee. Divide your score up into 4-parts, send via Federal mail (NO Fedex or UPS - you WILL lose it with them) - so like Jamaican Postal Service or whatever...then send them 2-days apart.
Buying that much weed - handing over that kind of money (prob. like $800) there's the possibility they'd just hack you to deat hwith a machete and take the money.

Jamaican people are great, but it's a financially desperate country...they like Americans, but you never know when you're holding money in front of poor people. American money is worth a lot there....when you go to Jamaica, you're rich.

if you want to know why jamaicas so poor watch the documentary "Life and Debt".... it deals with the IMF's policies' that fuked Jamaica and its economy. did you know twenty years ago the Jamaican dollar was still worth more on the open exchange than the US dollar, but by 1995 the Jamaican dollar had eroded to less than 2 cents US!!!

I'm not kidding....they are poor. They love Americans and the money we bring with us....and I'm glad to spend a lot there. I love Jamaica. the Jamaican people made an impression on me I will never forget....it's very humbling to be there. We have it shitty in the States too...mostly with oppression (my opinion), but it's surreal to see this beautiful land and imagine the poverty in it.

if anyone can offer any insight, or ideas, I would be very pleased... u cant legitimatly get it in j a. it is still illegal. if you have connections and determination you can do it. the most important thing to remember is that jamaica is full of corruption. always keep a few grand american in reserve and hidden if you are undertaking an endevour like this. if it all goes to hell you can still walk away if you can pay. without a trustworthy connect you would have to go there and just start asking around. a cabby would be your best bet. offer him a pretty penny to show you some ganga fields. chances are he will know a dread in the mountains. once you met the dread dont directly ask him, let him ask you. and when you meet him greet him with some american cash, the more the better. jamaica is RUN on money and every bit counts. if you give him something for nothing he will like you. eventually he will gift you in return. let him know what you are looking for and what you are trying to do, he may even offer to allow you to do the processing on his land because you obviously cant do it in a hotel room so unless you rent some property you will need a secluded location. as to how long it would take. i dont know but i would do it all myself and not involve any third parties. just you and the dread. real dreads are spiritual people and they would definatly not kill you on their land. as for getting it back, i cannot stress this enough. DO NOT TRY AND BRING IT BACK ON THE PLANE. the only safe and surefire and annoying and pain staking way to get it back is in the mail. i mail myself and friends something every time i go and 90% makes it back. even if you end up with a pound mail it all back 7 grams per envelope. it will under go no search and the only ones you wont get is the ones the postal service loses. it is absolutly doable. 1 if you go down there knowing someone, that is at least half the battle but even if you dont, if you have a good set of balls and a good judge of charachter you can do it. i know umpteen people who have been to j a and done things. i know what works and what doesnt. a close friend of mine got caught with a key of whites and ended up doing 5 years in the pen there. luckily he made it through his stay and had quite a tale to tell at the end but jamaican prison is unspeakable. always have money ready. even if you are caught and convicted you are given a sentence and a fine. if you can pay the fine they usually waive the sentence but it is usually in the tens of thousands of dollars american. i in no way suggest you doing this and i especially dont suggest doing it without knowing someone already but if you insist, good luck and dont be afraid to say no and walk away from shady characters. you need to understand that life means nothing to alot of people in jamaica and they will slit your throat with a garlic rubbed ratchet knife at the drop of a dime. then there are great jamaican people. best of luck and send me some hash! btw can we see the whole wallyduck thread?

wow cool replies.. i forgot i even made this post... good to hear this stuff..

upon further tests with the bubble bags, and using just a bare spoon, i have come to realize that processing major weight into a good amount of compressed hash would be one painstakingly long session of wear and tear on the body. I am sure that a washing machine could be purchased within jamaica- and a washing machine would be a great way to process the weight into hash. A generator to power the washing machine could also probably be found on sale somewhere in jamaica i would imagine. If you are really a people person then you could probably work out a deal with whoever you get the weed from to toss you some extras and you will let them keep the generator and washing machine...

then, after all of that work - package the hash up well, ship it through jamaican post then cross your fingers it arrives... Hell, ship a few boxes. maybe 1 would make it.

at a going price of 40-50gram for some good hash in my area - this would be quite a worthwhile investment vacation

The video was taken down by ICmag request for copyright violation, damn whats the point in that, I thought icmag was about sharing information I enjoyed that video. If your afraid of getting your throat cut in Jamaica then how about going to Africa......and getting it cut there this would probz suit the Europeans as its probz closer than Jamaica and has some really really cheap weed.
