is extract to same room bad idea ?

hello guys. i have a grow tent, cooltube,1 active intake and 1 exhaust fan.i will put a AC unit in the room where the tent in it.i will open all windows 2 or 3 times in a day for 5- 10 minutes to bring fresh air to room. and i wont add CO2.

air movement :
1) inside of the room > active intake > inside of the tent
2) inside of the tent > carbon filter > cooltube > exhaust fan > inside of the room.

is it good idea ? i read in other threads that extract to same room is not good idea . i want to do this in order to stabilize the temp and humidity . does this work without CO2 or do i miss anything else ?

depends on the size of the containing room (like, it shouldn't be closet-like small), but it sounds fine to me. You really couldn't fill a tent with enough biomass to offset the air ratios as long as that room gets some exchange, as you've mentioned.

How big is your lamp? I exhaust into the room but, I'm running a 250 in a 2 car garage.

assuming the same room height as tent (just for convenience and a conservative estimate) your room has more than 30 times the air volume your tent has. That is your working volume, assuming your changeover in the tent is adequate. That is a perfectly adequate 'sink,' if you will. Keep your room fresh and enjoy your harvest!

my lamp is 600W hps.
and some growers grow in a sealed room. is the key CO2 supplement here ? how their systems work without fresh air ?

sealed room growers need to add co2 when light is on. however, what about at nights ?plants need O2 when lights are off .how can plants breath at nights in sealed room without fresh air ( o2 )? if their plants can grow, why my plants cannot ?

Yes, sealed rooms need Co2 when light's are on, not when lights are off.
Plant's use Co2 when lights are on for photosynthesis.

You will not need the air exchange at night,Unless your humidty rises over 50%
and you need to watch this cuz RH will increase when lights go off.
Thhis can become a problem with large buds causing bud mold

Does this mean you can't use an a/c unless your using Co2? Because if you exhaust your grow room outside your just blowing your air conditioned air right outside and if you recirculate/scrub the air, there's no fresh air. Is this correct? I'm designing a grow room and seem to be having the same problems and ?'s Charlesweedmore is having/asking.

He has a 7mx7m room. He can use an A/C if he wants to without CO2 as long as there are still changeovers of the room's air periodically, since he's using a small tent within the large room. If you have that same room filled with plants, that's a different story.

As a result , unless there are high humidity and excessive heat problems (with dehumidifier and AC unit ) , extract to same room is not bad idea.
