How do i get humidity down!

Watering less and increasing a clean supply of airflow will help reduce humidity in soil substrates.

its actually not for me... my humidity is fine, but a friend of mine that lives at the beach is having mad humidity problems... The humidity in the air alone is just high and he cant get it to come down.

get a dehumidifier

Best iv used thus far is the Honeywell 65 pint one...

cheap/quick option...
1-bag/bucket of damp rid. (have extra bags/buckets @ the ready).

1-5 gallon bucket.

1-fiberglass/plastic/aluminum mesh/large strainer.

empty entire contents of damp rid bag/bucket into mesh/large strainer.

cut hole in bucket top. affix/tie strainer w/ bag of flakes/pellets to cover hole in top of bucket.

will help dehumidify medium sized room (up to 8x8x8 ft). can also place several store-bought damp-rid type modules @ home improvement store.

Also as summer is here, you can get an AC and kill 2 birds with one stone,

The AC sill remove moisture as its cools the air in the same way as a dehumidifier works, just ull also be cooling your room,
