Hempflax

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered these seeds from the Sensi Seed Bank. They are hemp seeds.

I think it would be fun to grow a hemp plant. I want to see for myself that it won't get me high. I would think if I grew it properly, harvested and cured her well, it would still be a tasty and enjoyable smoke. Does anyone know what hemp plants smell like? Skunky? Fruity?

Does no one have experience growing hemp?

Has anyone here been to a Hemp Field, or remember them growing wildly in the past few decades?

I've never come across one, and I'm interested in what they smell like.

Raco, is it true that some people in southern Spain have allergy problems from all the pollen blowing over from the Rif Valley? I can't remember where I read that, but I thought it was pretty funny.

HB: I think you can buy hemp seed in some bird seed mixes.

You don't have to worry that your strains will be pollinated.USO-31 e.g. starts to flower in mid June.If you have strains which starts to flower in mid of August than it is no problem at all.
BTW, the one in the middle is a nice resinous pheno with more branches than the other ones.

I love how you all jump to conclusions and assume (which makes an ass out of you and me) that I'd randomly plant hemp seeds outdoors, and just let them go. I'm not an idiot.

I don't have any definite plans to order these seeds. I was just curious about it. This forum is to discuss the multitudes of cannabis varieties. That's what I'm doing.

If anything, if I ever ended up with hemp seeds, I would germinate one or two, indoors, and hope to get a single female. If I got a female, I would flower it a long with my non-hemp strains, again indoors, to add variety.

I don't expect it to get me high, I'm just curious to see how it develops along side non-hemp strains. I'm curious as to the smell it would produce, and the flavor after it was dried and cured.

I love and am fascinated by the Cannabis plant, and all of its varieties.

I've grown up where hemp is one of the most common weeds. Yes, it looks like a good sativa, with its tall lanky growth and thin leaves. The smell can be delightful and the colors often go to beuatiful purple shades in the fall.

Yes, indeed, I have smoked from several of these plants when I could not believe their good looks would let me down.

Let me down they did, though. You simply can't get high off these things. Take this experienced old clod hoppers sacred vow on it: You can't get high from this weed.
