Pro mix HP (high Porosity) has rooting enzymes, wetting agents and it has a list of great things to make a great and clean indoor soil mix. Most of my friends use it now.

The bone meal isnt new but I still add it to the pro mix just to increase it in the mix as its already in there anyways. BOG

Promix HP is the bees knees, I've been telling everyone that since I landed here.

Hopefully it can all work out for everyone...

Hopefully it can all work out for everyone...

Nice to hear from you Avid and I appreciate all the nice comments about my strains and myself.

Someone remembered when my name was BushyOlderGrower but now its just old. :moon: And you know what? I like being old. It's cool when I attend a stoner event Like EarthDance in Laytonville to show all the kids another old stoner who looks pretty content.

That Sweet Cindy looks pretty fat indeed dude. So many replies and you know I have this old stoner brain that works intermittently. lol :nanana:

So about that march of the clones stuff... Mrs. BOG runs the veg room and she is pretty much insisting that we write another book called "Maximizing Yields with BOG" as a follow up to my original book, "Bonanza of Green".

She wants me to keep this thread as confused as possible so that the book will have new information but you know me. I can't keep a secret.

By the way the Humboldt Nutes mentioned are better than the old ones I once used but I find the simple method I follow now to be cost effective and my friends envy my yields. I still use a little foxfarm BIG Bloom late in flower and I dont use their soils anymore but I do use Grow Big as my veg fert and it works well. Just look at these fat Sour Bubble plants! :joint:

Hey, that last pic is Mrs. BOG, dancing by my BOGBOAT, that travels at ballistic speeds. :woohoo: BOG About 65mph!

I'd really love to get the bubblegum you was selling. That stuff was yummy. I also, would like to replace the sourbubble the cops stole during the raid. Man, those plants had the largest leaf pattern I've ever seem on a cannabis plant.

I'd like to know also.
Take care,
BG

is it really you? i thought i remembered seeing a bigger, bushier, greyer bog on OG. always pictured you looking kinda like Gerry Garcia. sorry but its true =)

Good to see you around BOG. I know I'm a newbie on this site but I picked up your book from you back in 2005 at the IC Mag Growers cup.

Just want to say thanks, and the book has been very inspiring even though it has taken me this long to get anything started.

The picture is of a sour bubble bx3 (beans from bcbd). I also have a female bogglegum plant. I look forward to your next book.

I got book # 6 or 8. Can't remember now.

Thanks again

Thank You Everyone! It is gratifying to hear all the praises of my genetics. My work has continued and my seeds are consistantly the same with one new strain done. Sour Lifesaver is new and limited in supply. None has ever been released but will be soon. Blush is my Blue Kush that takes the Kush side of my bubblegum and crosses that with my Blue Moon Rocks. Its really Sour BMR but what's in a name. I still have Lifestar ready to produce but I really am not here to promote my seeds....

Hey BOG, great to see you back. You say your bubblegum has a Kush side and there are many folks that claim that your SourBubble has Bubba Kush in it. Some even say you admitted it on other forums. Can you clear the air on the genetics of SourBubble.

I also would love to know the answer to that, but it doesnt matter to me really. The sour bub is the bees knees. I have some bubba bx1 that I want to grow side by side to the bubble bx3 I have and see how they are the same. as of now I have only smoked sour bubble bx3 of the two, and it will set you down. I am in California

I am in California

Yes, I am legal and I am Bushy but in that pic my hair was behind me in a long pony tail is all.

Don't know if I can get seeds international being as I am legal here ya know but the day will come. For now they are only available to med patients in California. Sorry. We have strict laws and I am happy here.

The BOG Boat is actually named, "Barely Legal" which is about like me. I bought her when she was 17 yrs. old. She's 20 now. ;)

I will tell you about the March of the Clones. Mrs. BOG worries too much but I love her a lot and I don't do much that she doesn't ok.

I don't keep clone moms as stated before so how do I recommend it be done?

When plants are about 15 inches tall in the 24 oz cups we cut a clone. Then later in veg when plants have been transplanted and vegged more we often take a second one just to even the plant out and to get some extra's.

This early cloning makes the plants branch and the later clone usually does little harm. It is a fallacy that clones weaken when taken from clones repeatedly. The way clones weaken, and Soma agrees, is when selection is poorly done. Clones need to always be subject to scrutiny and any abberations or poor yielding clones should be cloned no more or discarded.

I may have a few pics to illustrate. The reason for not keeping moms is that it is a waste of veg room space and old moms often weaken and become diseased with mold or mites. Plants aren't meant to last long in nature. Normally an old clone mom is a poor candidate for flowering unless totally healthy and transplanted and vegged in a bigger pot for a while and it will still be a branchy and poor yielding specimen in the end. So I say forget Moms.

What else was I asked?
