One of your best tokin buddies decides to quit? My buddy who brought me into the game is deciding to quit over the summer and im not going to lie, im sad. We always do fun/helarious things when we toke. Anybody here had a close friend that has quit cold turkey?

My wife quit on me 15 years ago. We use to smoke alot. She could hang with anyone... I really miss those times.

Personally, im either all in or all out, lol... If someone is wanting to cut back I can see why they'd quit. Smoking just on weekends just doesn't usually work for me, I can quit for months or even years no prob, but if I start smoking again, its every day. (well night)

oh well, its sad when someone thinks they need to quite. i think some ppl may just need to modify their intake, maybe start cooking with it as opposed to smoking it.

all in all that just means more for me.

As long as they don't become some kind of anti-cannabis activists after quitting it doesn't bother me one bit if one of my friends quits.

I'm trying to be a quitter but it's so hard

My friend joined a branch of the military and he had to quit on me. I bought a 60-box of strawberry dutches in his honor and knocked it out in 7 days while he was in training for 2 months. Now he's back, he'll sneak a toke once in a blue moon (still in the reserves), but his car is hooked up, he's gettin a hour, and his wedding is in August.

He kinda put it in perspective "they paid me 30 grand to not smoke, so fuck smoking till i'm not gonna get screwed over it"

I just quit so I could be prepared to go into the military but its worth it in my opinion I'll toke when I get out still growing though nothing can stop that passion.
