i have a plant in 2nd week of veg and its leaves are pointing up to the light sometimes more than others. the leaves are healthy green and the stem is tall and the nutrients are appropriate. its growing through deep water culture.. maybe my water levels too high? im not too concerned because its growing properly but id hate to be wrong. does anybody have an answer for this?

I don't know what kind of light you are giving them but I am betting it's limited. They will do that when they want more light.

Are the leaves straight (no curling up/curling down of tips of each finger of leaf)? If they are straight and the leaves are a healthy green then i think there enjoying what your doing. When my leaves look healthy green and pointing to the light i call that "Pinged",standing to attention is another way of describng it. I could be proven wrong but thats my impression from when i used to do hydro!
