How big are the cfls? With 8 lamps, are we talking 160 watts or 240 watts? More watts mean more heat which requires a larger fan.
With 160 watts your linked fan will be OK for cooling but will be unable to handle much more than a DIY odorsock. With 240 you'll need a legitimate scrubber which will be too much for an axial fan. A booster fan is an axial fan meant to boost airflow from your real fan. If you're talking 240 watts you'll want to look into Vortex, Dayton, S&P or WhisperFans
