several have said super silver haze so i'm thinking about several varieties of haze's, maybe mango haze.
ive heard that himalayan gold is supposed to be a very creative high.

few good strain ideas:

warlock, blueberry x grapefruit, jack herer, white russian, double dutch, cheese. oh and yea ssh is really good, but buy mr nices since shanti invented the strain. ive grown mango haze, but from what i read at the start it sounds like you really want strong indicas with some of the sativa high.

the strains i listed above all have distracting strong highs that are fairly roofless, and pritty complex. thai-tanic is quite weak, and sensi star and ww are really sensitive, taste and high wise, to different grow techniques. whose ww did you grow?

I would have to wonder the same thing that's been said many times already, how long did you flower them? Most of those sound like Sativa dominant strains and it's said that most people aren't satisfied by them because the grower didn't flower them long enough, flush them properly, or cure it long enough.

Mmmm Kali Mist - I'd have to vote you didn't flower it long enough if the high wasn't great.
Either that or you just somehow got all poor phenos in your batch of seeds... Unlikely.

I find more and more people have trouble growing sativa dominant strains because they're so used to the ease of indicas so when it comes to the fussy, high demands of that sativas it takes awhile to tune them in. I mean some most people seem to think 10 weeks is plenty of time for Kali (which it is for some indica phenos) but for the sativa phenos they can take 12-14 weeks depending on environment and growing medium/nutrients.

Super Silver Haze is good, but you do have to search for the pheno you want and make it a mother because you're likely to get plants leaning more toward haze, skunk or northern lights, haze phenos kick ass! - But again, haze phenos take up to a few weeks longer to flower than the skunk phenos etc.

I would suggest that you might want to consider giving each of the varieties you grew at least one more run before you write them off completely.
I too am surprised you didn't find the Kali Mist in particular to be to your liking? I say that because many K.Mist specimens Ive experienced definitely fit the description of the high you are looking for. I would also say the same for some White Widow phenotypes as well.
Can't comment on the Thai-thanic, but I would expect you would likely find some suitable candidates with those as well.
Based also on your description, I would say that while Sensi Star is probably not the for variety for you, it is suprising to me at least that, if nothing else, that it didn't get you really stoned?

they were all flowered pretty close to the times rec. by the breeders.
trics were half clear half cloudy.
but mine did'nt look as frosty as the ones in those pics- major ph problems.

Boy isn't that the truth. I did a run of ww from seed. I took the best female I had for a mum. She cloned very easily and was a good producer, but unfortunately I had flowered her out because I wasn't happy with the way the seed run went. The high and yeild wasnt what i was looking for, but the high and the yeild from the clones was awsome. I could kick myself for not keeping that mum.

Maybe try pushing the flowering period a week longer than reccomended time if you can for maximum ripeness. I would deffinatly try another run.

1)the way you mantain your mothers "over time", is totaly relative to the quality of groth in 12/12.....

a plant that croped early, will not show its true "terp profile"... and i would class it as "im-mature"

maturity is relative, to quality of groth in 12/12.....

if you cant get a plant to mature in 12,,,, its gona be crap weed!!

the description for kali mist says that its a real "clear" high- well its clear all right, so clear that i didnt even feel high. wtf

If it's still wet or cut too early, my C-99 is worthless too. You'll find a lot of Sativas like that. If you still have the Kali-Mist I'd definitely grow it again.

Sounds like you should really stick with the Sativas since you didnt' like the indicas. Those were some great strains. I don't like indicas either.
