I don't care what he did the cop didnt deserve to do that to him when he was surrendering like that, the cop was just mad he had to run after him which he does deserve to be punished for but not a fucking kick to the head, hes a god damn fucking human.
Cop is obviously going to get off the hook for that because cops are perfect people and they were born on "Cop Land" and they are not humans who fuck up sometimes, they are perfect right down to the tee.

Yes, they are overly agressive at times (in some cases justifiably so) but far from what I've seen in some eastern euro nations.

Regardless of the crime committed or the fact he is a gang member i think the boot to the head was a little much. Besides you can always do the old "watch your head" trick as ya slam his head off the car on his way in the back seat. Excessive force? this shitbag endagered how many ppl driving or walking the streets. i lost a friend in highschool because someone was trying to flee the cops. Screw this little shit, he's lucky all he got was a single boot to the skull even if it was a "bit much". This is why i could never be a cop. lol

Fact is the cop shouldn't have kicked him like that. Now they are going to make it a case against the cop instead which is stupid because obviously the dude posted above is not a very nice guy. I'm sure he deserved it but not from the cop. Fucking cop should have seen the chopper too drk a drrrr...

One time I had a cop twist my arm behind my back and put his knee with a shin guard into my back....not fun...never wanted to really hurt a cop until that moment because it was completely uncalled for. Maybe for his protection but it was a little overboard..

Only to be awakened, rudely I might add, by he and 4 of his morning shift buddies for an arraignment at 8 a.m.....ok, we're almost even now.
