5 from a 4x8 table SOG style?

I used to a run a room that was 2 4'x8' tables that had 6 - 1000's over them. I was pulling 3lbs a table, without co2 off of purple urkel with only 120 plants distributed over both tables... if you know anything about purple urkel, you would realize that it was obvious that I was increasing my yields by putting additional lighting over it.

Hey yah i didnt read all the responses but ive ran the setup you are trying too... 2 1000's work good but i thought 3 600's work better... you get 200 less watts but i lot better light distribution....p.s. i tried it with 3k it was way overkill....

Not sure why you guys are making it so hard on yourselves. It's so EZ.

This is a EZ example of the truth....
ANY Idiot with 1/2 a brain a 430HID and an Ebb & Flow table can grow more than 1GPW....

4x4 table...holds 144 4" rockwool cubes
7 grams dried is EZ with any strain.
So we take 144 x 7 we get 1008
144 cuts
Producing 7 grams dried
is 1008 grams per 8 weeks from a 430HPS
that is 36 ozs
2,25LBs so still sooooooo Hard to understand a SOG done correctly?
1008 / 430 = 2.34 grams per watt
10 grams per cut ...
1440 / 430 = 3.34 GPW
The same thing can be done on a smaller scale with CFL's

**And I will say it again NO you can not grow TREES inside with CFL's....I never said you could .....but the tips of the branches can EZly be grown with them...and last time I checked the budz were on the BRANCHES not the BIG ass stem in the middle of most HID grown trees....trees are an outside toy.**

When you do the math like in the above post it does seem highly possible.

Here is one of 3 plants I've grown that always gave 1oz per plant when flowered very small.


Now you could easily fit 4psf/64p1kw = 4lbs right per 1kw right?

This was in Promix and I've since switch to coco. We plan on doing E&F soon to at least try to break the 3lb/1kw mark. I for one think it is highly possible.

So do post some pictures. So far no one has been able to show such high density, including the Nurse himself. I repeat, no one, to date, in the history of indoor cannabis growing. The Nurse did, however, attempt to show a 100-per-4x4 grow run by 10k that:

• Used ALL the bells & whistles
• Used a strain that works well with zero/little veg
• Used 1000w per 4x4, not 430w
• Had a grower w/ lots of experience
• Got some serious, serious shading, extreeeeme overcrowding, and quite likely a high chance of a lot of BS on the lower 50% of the plant
• Still got less than half the yield NurseFraud claimed

When you're doing Bush Administration Math(tm), anything is possible, including 5lbs per light on a flat garden with any strain zero veg.

But that's on paper. Let's see it on a table.

I'm not big into the whole picture thing, but maybe I can get a few up of my Ortega LUI girls. It's a safe bet to assume they'll pull 1+ oz. per plant, easily. I've got a 4x8 table full of 5.5" pots in hydrotron under 3-600's. I've been using cool tube reflectors, but I think they're shit as far as reflectivity go, so I'm going to order the new Magnum XXXL reflectors from Sun System, 4 of them. I plan on upgrading to 4-600's per table, and with those new reflectors and bulbs, maybe I can push 1.5 oz. a girl.

I feed using traditional lucas, and only veg for 4-7 days, depending on height. I also think if I planted my cuts up higher in the pots to allow for more root development space, I could probably increase my yield even more.

I used to get barely a zip a plant using Nirvana's WW, now the LUI cuts just flourish in my new system. Heavy, dense, potent, stinky ass nuggets consistently. It's all about genetics.

I know, it seems crazy, but seriously... I might get like 5-6 elbows my first table! We'll see.

in 4x8 tent with 3 600w all with cooltube adjusta-wing hoods and 120 6in sq pot vegd 2 weeks from rooting,drip2waste no co2 ive seem 4.5ish 72oz maybe 5-6oz was fluffly. i've seen better results with 6x6 rooms with 2 3x6 tables with 2k 1k over ea table on light rail moving 3.5 feet of the rail.the lights run opposite runs of each other and are in adjusta wing hoods. 3x6 table with 32 plants scrogs with 5 weeks veg do 40oz+

Hi guys....
Just for reference sake, my last 4x11" x 4x11" SJ tent 2000w verti -soil-organic- grow got me 4.25#. next time I will close in my fourth wall and I will most likely pull close or better than 6.

Just a thought for y'all'.

I was going to say 2.5 grams/watt is attainable if you veg the crap out of them the trick is to get 5lbs with 2 1000 watt bulbs on a 4x8 table with 2-3 days veg.then you're a master grower
