I have been useing grandmas unsulpherd mollasses becuase my grocery store doesent carry black strap is this ok.

That same company makes Brer Rabbit brand which is more blackstrap.

Grandma's is a perfectly fine brand, I've done a fair bit of microscope testing with it and it performed very well.
