I culled the obvious males today, leavinge one lonely babe in my closet. So it goes. It is sprouting these pretty little white hairs in great profusion all over!

Thanks Kodiak!

Here's some closer pics, one under the HPS, one with the lights off and a flash. This plant is REAL healthy. Good thing too, seeing only one of the 4 turned out to be female!

Yes I do iGro4Me. I mix them based on Fox Farms' recommended schedule, and sit it in the closet to come to room temp for my girl. She has been pretty thirsty lately!

This plant is amazingly green from top to bottom. Healthiest plant of the 4 I started. I'm just a lucky dude.

More clones

More clones

8 to be exact. First ones I did back on 3/18 aren't showing roots yet. I'm in the process of acquiring pieces to build a bubbler like the one described in the recent issue of High Times.

Here's all my cloning paraphernalia...

Hey Rebo!

Good to hear from ya, been wondering how you're doing.

Yeah, this one lonely female is doing great, and the clones seem to be doing okay too, just not roots yet from the first batch. I'm gathering parts to build an aero cloner from plans in the June issue of High Times. Always something!

Thanks Rebo!

Yeah, this stuff smells skunky, has since I was vegging the plants. Only one left though, and with an ionizer in the closet, not much smell. She's packing it on though!

Thanks for the help buddy!

I took these this a.m. before the lights turned on, so they are just flash pics.

Sure is a pretty plant, don't ya think?

:woohoo:

Thanks Diplo, but unfortunately it's only ONE plant. I'm in great hopes there is more to come!

Changes to clone/seedling cabinet

Changes to clone/seedling cabinet

Boy, everything is an experiment when you're just starting out!

When I first built this closet, I put 3/8" threaded rod in to hold the lights just because I can't put screw hooks in, as they would come through my workbench surface. Those were old lights and didn't work well, so I got some new fixtures. The old lights mounted s-hooks maybe 5" or 13 cm in from the ends. The new fixtures I got had the mounts right at the end. As a result I couldn't get them any higher than about 13" or 33 cm from the floor of the cabinet. I fixed that this a.m. such that I can now get the fixtures almost to the very top of the cabinet, giving me about 18" or 45 or 46 cm from the floor.

I wanted to gain more height for a couple reasons, but mostly so I can get a clone bubbler in there. This rapid rooter method is just not working all that great for me. All the first ones died except the two that are not in the bowl. We'll see how it goes.

Truly nice JQ

Always a pleasure to see a well kept plant. That female is going to yield a whole lot of primo bud by the looks of her.
