I took 1 clone from #` to check sex.....and "She" showed before the clone is rooted. She has been in Flowering for 5 days. I will have pics this weekend.

Sorry it took so long..... #1 has been in flowering since 5-2.



This is very strange to me....I am seeing what looks like male flowers forming in amongst the female flowers. I have checked my environment and everything is as it should be.....no light leaks, no extreme temps, ideal ph and ppm levels. I am confused.

Steele, any thoughts?

I am seeing some of the similar looking " pods" with female pre-flowers, but some of them don't have them and look like a seeded pod.
Funny thing is....these are different branches of the same plant. Look how differently each branch is flowering.

I know I am going to hear it...(corn), but since I can't find space in my room to flower it out, #2 is being abused left and right...I am trying to keep my hands off of him/her, but sometimes I need to smack him/her up.

I broke his/her arm again and had to duct tape it. It seems to have healed. You can kinda see it in the first pic.

I am so trying to get it into flowering so bear with me.

Did you see the size of those things?

I panicked and killed her....was not a easy/pleasant thing.
While anything x'd to the SB is fantastic...I can't risk it if they turn out Hermi....

So now I am down to one.....I did however root a clone and will verify my environment although everything else is normal.

I will be rooting a clone of #2 and check her....I seriously hope this is a fluke as I don't have any more SB Beans....

So how is your lady doing?

I hope I find out what is wrong in my room as I can't believe that SB has hermie tendencies...I have never seen it in any of the BX's never......it has to be something I am missing. I am going to veg my clone and clone the shit out of it.....I have it in the big room so it should grow faster this time and I will be able to keep my thread interesting.

I may have to pick up some more seeds as I need more chances to get the DMT phoeno....

Bubblehead

This is a cross I made with SBBX1 (orig. testers from BOG) x Diamondhead
I want to make a new version with Steeles SB.....I hope to collect some pollen from male to do so.


So far...each time I start a new batch of seeds...I get something slightly different.

I do though always get a fruitish one and a floral/fruitish one.

This time I got a very Grape tasting one and it is a great tasting smoke, but not a killer buzz....it is really good...just not killer like some others.

This particular one I call the "wrinkle pheno" it is very potent. During early growth, the leaves are very wrinkled...it looks cool...I will get pics of the next ones.

Wow, Bubblehead looks fantastic OD.

I don't think SB has a tendency to hermie, at least not in my experience. Of my 2 grows haven't seen a nanner yet *touches wood* ;p

Thanks corn, thanks man....It is pretty nice....very different flavors at different times sometimes....I know it sounds weird.....for instance:

the two flavors are described above...fruity and floral phenos....but when smoked...sometimes they taste like they smell...and other times they have the sourbubble smell/taste.

I know man...I have grown a lot of SB and have never seen it hermie....I know I have to be doing something that Im missing.....I checked for light leaks and everything.

The only thing left that I can think of is my timers or ballasts are going to shit.

I really hope my gal has something nice in her genes that samples like my last sour bubble did.

She wasn't too potent and there wasn't much yield but I made some QWISO from some bud and trim from her and it was the most euphoric experience, like I felt GOOD ;p

I want that again hehe

Yeah, she does have a wide range of potencies...but her bubble is always killer....

Your girl may have to marry my boy...he is all beat up from my attempts at taming his ass, but he had\has a great structure and he is extremely smelly. I wish I knew his level of potency to go with that flavor....

I'll post a pic of him later.

Old, as you stated, check yer environment. If it was just a couple male organs, you could pick em off, I just wouldn't recommend doin that with a full blown herm. Keep us updated on tha clone counterpart .....

Thanks Steele, I will definately keep you updated. I think I have a pic of the clone....

I would have picked them off, but I did not want to seed everything so I didnt take the chance. I will get more beans as she was the best looking SB I ever had. She has to have some equally sexxy sisters.

I took the one clone and now she is growin up. I have tweaked my room and will try it again when this one is ready. A beautiful specimen i must say.

Corn, I was surprised too as the mother was originally squat as hell. I did lst her to get some clone branches, but she stretched a little more than I hoped for. Still nice though.
