Just wanted to get the opinions of some my folks...
I been sick all day, tempature trippin and fealin like the flu. Well my girl get home from work and is on the phone, Im askin her if she will get off the phone but she will ignore me or say no, then keep talkin. Well that made me hella mad and nothin I would do would get her off the phone. I might got the damn swine flu, does it sound to anybody in here like shes in the wrong or is it just me? I been with her for 6 years and she acts like she got some kind of issue with what she says is 'control'.... its not like she talkin to anybody special, just her dumbass sister, they talk for hours over dumb shit. All I ask is for 10 minutes of her time.... should I give her the thumbs down?(Im not gonna kill her, just leave her alone.)

If you've noticed a change in her in the last 6 months....take it easy on her. If she always ignored you like that, then maybe she's not thinking of your situation and could be a little selfish...not cool, I know.

I've spent 7 years and 6 days (haha) bending over backwards and "living the life" my man has chosen, without too much consideration for my ideal path....and when I'm talking to my Mother....he needs to zip it, sick or not (I don't see my Momma enough). I dote on him when he's sick and basically in general...I get sick too, but I have a ridiculous tolerance for pain...so he doesn't take care of me. I'd be afraid where he'd try to put the thermometer (hahaha) and he would burn my chicken soup.

It's all about how your relationship is as a whole. Being sick weakens your tolerance in the first place...maybe you're just not able to give her some slack while she's grieving at the moment. I'm on 2nd day of sick (from my boyfriend and I feel a little intolerant.

I bet her sister in some way is a piece of her Mother that she needs more than ever right now. I really don't know though...you and her are the only two that know how you're relationship flows...I'd say just tell her you felt put out and that you're sick and you just need her right now. I bet you love her, so forgive her...
