Warning: spoilers!!!!

Warning: spoilers!!!!

The lawyer subplot did start out weird, but at the end, it seems like this scumbag lawyer is going to be a major facilitator to Walt and Jesse's meth operation. Funny that it takes the help of a criminal defense lawyer to make them go big-time...
I was not a fan of Harlan Ellison's movie work (Sorority Girls, anyone?), but he's alright in this role.
Opening bit about Badger getting busted was funny. "If I ask you if you're a cop, you have to tell the truth, right?" :1help:
Nice to see DJ Qualls in this role, too. Guy totally looks like an addict: emaciated, unkempt. How the heck does he stay so skinny? He's gotta have a few dollars in the bank account by now, yet he looks like he's starving...
Hank didnt look like he believed dude was the real Heisenberg. He thinks the real Heisenberg is going to be SMART, not some 8 time convicted felon loser...
Little moment there on the bed, thought for a minute that Walt would spill the beans to Hank, as crazy as that would be.
"You kick him as hard as you can, right in the teeth." Is Hank over his PTSD? Maybe, maybe not. Is Walt's pep talk to Hank partially motivated by his desire to take over the meth market in New Mexico (get rid of my competition)? Maybe.
Next week looks like Walt and Jesse are going on a five day cooking binge. If they really wanted to keep their nose to the grindstone, they would take a hoot of their own product. Nice to see that Jesse seems to be sticking mostly to weed though.

just call saul, awesome awesome episode haha

The beginning with badger and that DUDE, so funny and you just saw it coming. Then saul, what a nice breath of fresh air for this show, seriously. Outstanding, as usual

Saul Goodman, It's all good, man.

I used to use this as an alias back in the pre internet 300 baud BBS days. Another favorite was Mike Roman, microman.

???? You lost me here. Harlan Ellison is a SciFi/Fantasy author. Saul Goodman is played by Bob Odenkirk. Did I miss a credit or connection?

Prediction:
I see Hank figuring it out and coming over to the dark side. Too many flashes so far for him to NOT figure it out and he seems a bit disillusioned with his work at the DEA.

Only 1 more episode this season so a few of these loose ends will be tied up and hopefully a bunch more unraveled.

You are absolutely right, Someguy. It was Harland Williams I was thinking about, not Ellison. Weird how I got the names mixed up.
Odenkirk and Williams do look freakishly alike though, if you ask me:

Bob Odenkirk: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0644022/
Harland Williams: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005558/

Thanks for the correction.

Ganjafish, if you use bittorrent, try: http://eztv.it/
Lots of episodes from most of the current tv shows on that site, great for when you miss an ep? Also, AMC reruns episodes throughout the week...

Easy mistake. I've been seeing Harland Williams pop up alot lately and figured that was what you were thinking but couldn't figure out his name.

Incidentally, at IMDB they are only crediting Odenkirk in 4 episodes. Last sunday was 1 and he'll obviously be back next sunday so that's 2, so I'm guessing 2 more in season 3 and he's gone or did he already have bit parts already that I forgot about?

I don't really know how the credit count works at IMDB so I could be wrong.

What I didn't get was how the lawyer found Walt at the school, or even knew who he really was, maybe I missed something ?

I didn't know that next week would be the last episode of the season, damn I don't want to wait a year for season three

OOPS !!!

They are showing 13 episodes for season 2 on IMDB.

That gives us 5 more !!!!

Heres where I made my mistake, AMC shows 9.

Sorry!!!!

awesome episode

when will it really end?
(in more than one way)

Well in the preview for the next episode, when he spoke about laying low....just waiting to see them get busted. Having a bro in law that comes around often and a DEA agent can't hurt.

That last lab was really nice, it was interesting to see the gel. I think it would be cool if they made some acid, they have the right equipment. But anyhow, how would Jesse be able to just go into a "chemical hardware superstore" and pic up four heating mantles..........those are not at all cheap. Plus with that huge glassware, that would of been very impossible.

Walt's tumor is in remission but he's not out of the woods yet. I'm guessing the show got picked up for a couple more seasons, but when it's time to end the series, Walt's cancer will come back. That, or he'll get a bullet in the head.

Now that they've made their bank, are they going to go legit? I think Burmese is right, their next adventure will involve the repercussions from their drug deals. The king of meth can't just retire to the suburbs, can he?

Why can't someone just walk into a lab supply store and buy whatever? Jesse has the cash; only problem is he looks like a meth-head. If the store had any morals at all they wouldnt sell to him, but I guess you can only make so much money selling to local schools...

Do you ever think Jesse gets tired of being a screw-up? I know Walt is. I hope Jesse learns from all of his mistakes. If nothing else he should know some chemistry by now...

Walt may have survived cancer (for now) but I guess his near-death experience really expanded his mind. Seems like he's not taking crap from anyone now. And he's got a lot of old scores to settle.
