Wow I'd take a 8 million dollar ass kicking any day. Boxing shouldn't pay stiffs that can't make it out of the 1st or 2nd rounds.. Fifty bucks for Pay-Per-View and I can't finish my beer before fights over..LOL
well there ya go....Manny Paquiao is in my mind the best boxer out there today....Hatton went several rounds with Mayweather.......next up for Manny should be Mayweather (I hope)....and I reckon he will knock him out too....

Problem is he's only lost to two of the best. Hard for a fighter with heart to give up that easily, especially considering the adage, a fighter is the last one to know it's time to hang up his gloves.

Agree 100%. Pac is the best pound for pound fighter in the world right now. Mayweather just signed yesterday to fight Juan Marquez so, I'm guessing we're headed for another big payday for Mayweather v. Pacman II.
pacman was very impressive---him and mayweather promises to be some scrap and of course it WILL happen.

The Manny vs Pretty Boy fight will be the fight of the century. Instant classic and a puglistic master piece I bet.. I think I will dust off the VCR to record that one. I've only seen TWO other boxers that moved as fluidly and with violent focused precision on their punches. The young ALI and the 20yr old Iron Mike. Ali had the gifts of being close enough to hit but not close enough to get hit.(feet) Plus he had sneaky power.(the punch you don't see) Tyson had an agressive style but it was predicated on a awesome counter game. You don't see guys who have it all like Manny, speed ,power,feet and smart. Pretty boy can match it all except the power, I don't know.

Manny Pacquiao VS Mayweather would be the most exciting fight I could ever hope to see. I've followed both fighters for about 5 years and those two are the most explosive and quick fighters in the world right now.

Pacquiao is deserving of the pound for pound title, but I think there are guys out there who can beat him. After the fight Roach said something like "Ricky pumps his hand before he throws it" and "he's a sucker for the right hand." Seems like he saw the flaw and exploited it. Someone mentioned Cotto--what weight does he fight at? I think that would be an interesting matchup.
