OK now lets keep it clean and nice here. We are all here for the same reason. Gods great green herb. So lets all smoke a joint and relax. About the urine thin, maybe as a last resort, but you have to remember that not everything is ok for fruits that you will be consuming. Thats why when you get manure ie. steer, chicken, bat, seabird ect. Its all gone through a serilizing prosess. I have heard of people that are growing in the outback to use urine in a delutide form. I just dont think it would inhanse the flavors that you want. So there is two sides to this story. All up to ones choice. Keep em green!

I'm starting to feel like I've just over loaded my plate...

I'm running out of room in my veg area with the clones / cuttings, seedlings, and possible keepers. So I've moved another plant(F1) out of the veg area. Since I have a few established clones. The two remaining mature plants I'm trying to make clones of using just bottles of plain water ( http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=10827 ).

I brought my plants inside from my el cheapo greenhouse since we had a 90% chance of snow, but I lucked out and got the 10% odds of absolutely no snow. I'm disappointed! I'll invest in a heater when I eventually build a decent greenhouse. (Long term plans)

One of the mature plants in the greenhouse was a male so I culled him yesterday. Didn't have traits I liked too much anyway. The sativa dominant plant has yet to show signs of sex. I need to buy a 30x magnifying glass or jeweler's loop soon.

I labeled some of my plants, clones and some of the seedlings before I ran out of plastic label stakes.

All of my Afghani seedlings are doing well, except one has a mutated first set of leaves. I'll post pictures of it within the week. Oh and today I watered everything in the veg area with watered down urine.

Next week I plan to water my flowering or soon to be flowering plants with 2tbsp blackstrap molasses to 1 gallon of water.

Yah I cam imagine that youor hands are full. I think sometimes people dont realize just how much time is invalved in the care and up keep of a good perpet. garden. I was all ways pooping new beans looking for that "Wholy Grail", so I had mine and my wifes med grow plus 12-20 beans droping in. It really helped me to get a good date book, one that you can write a few notes in daily. Helps loads. Youll be so happy when those girls grow all up and give you the freshest of fruit.

I'm not much on keeping notes other than in my head. I just actually looked for preflowers on my sativa dominant plant and it is FEMALE. I havent made any clones of her, yet. I might just reveg?

I was looking at the calender earlier and I hope to make clones of my clones and flower the 1st set of clones before June. I'm planning on having a nice harvest for a personal grow this fall. I'm going to breed my F1 mystery mix cross with the Afghani, the Afghani with itself and I might go for F2s of my mystery mix. But I'll do all that later on in the summer.

It's good to see some fellow southern folk doing the grow thing. I have read about using a little diluted pee as a fertilizer on several threads on this site, there must be something to it. I didn't even think about it driving animals away if you're growing outside though! LOL That ought to work. :-D

I watered my plants in flower with 2tbsp blackstrap molasses, and epsom salt yesterday.

The following pic is of my oldest plant in flower, which has trichs forming that you can see. So far it's just a nice light glaze.

Last possible keeper turned out MALE.

I'm going to maintain a clone of it though. I've started doing prep work in the field for the 2009 Guerrilla season.

I've also changed my rooting method to sticking cuttings in water. So far it's cheaper, 100% success rate, no stem rot!

Sorry.
I've been a bit busy with life. Just going broke, finally found a job, but it's only part time.

I've been neglecting my plants, barely spending enough time with them to water them.

My only keeper F1 male(for now) has hermied when I put him back in the veg area and changed the lights from 18/6 to 16/8, some of my female clones also started to flower. So I've put the lights back on 18/6 and trimmed the male down a great deal.

This is the first time I've seen a male hermie and a male plant COVERED in trichomes. Going to make a little hash using some sort of solvent, haven't decided on what kind.

All of my F1 plants show purple to dark purple mid to late into flowering, mostly on the leafs but some have solid or stripped purple flowers. They smell quite nice, very different from the norm.

About a month ago I started 10 more F1 seeds, mainly looking for males to breed an F2 line with. Those are vegging outdoors, haven't decided if I'm going to put them under artifical lighting to force flowering.

Out of 8 IBL indicas, 5 are male and 3 are female. I was hoping for 5 female and 3 males, but this'll do to acquire more seeds without much if any of a bottle neck.

So now I'm off to put my 3 indica females in a permanent location. I'll try to upload some pictures soon.

Glad your back It does sound like you have your hands full. Congrats on the new job. Can you throw up a pic of that male thats covered in trics That sounds like a good one to cross with. Keep it green!

No I've already trimmed him up and have the trimmings laying on a screen to dry out.

Did you get any pollen from him? I have never found a male that had trics covering it. What strain did you say that was? Youll have to let us know how it tastes.

Yeah there is pollen all over my veg area

I'm trying to reveg him and the rest of the clones in my veg area. Strain is uniquely my own, derived from two separate sources.

Well today I found out a close family friend died yesterday of a heart attack. While in the hospital for something else not heart related.

I feel a bit bad about it since I had not talked to him in about two months. Was also someone whom I gave herb to cause it helped him medically.

Well I'm off to the viewing. Then the funeral tomorrow.
