Thats a pretty good idea. And you would actually need over 100K including the downpayment on the building.

65 1000watters, a mixture of hps and mh spectrum, drip system!!! ck out cc magazine issue #71,, its a grow that has 130 lights in five rooms and its about twice the size of your dimensions!!! marc emery also shows this grow off to lisa ling on the national geographic's medical marijuana special that was on recently!!! it puts out fifty lbs trimmed bud every two weeks!!!! so maybe you can get about half of that!!!! man i would like to have 25 lbs every two weeks for my cash flow!!! at $4500 to $5000 per lb!!!! woooo thats some cheddar!!! good luck!!! i'll come and help trim budz lol!!!!peace djxx

Close to 2000 sq ft. How much money do you have to invest? Is this in a commercial or residential zone? Do you know growers? You could possibly rent it out to growers and you all get a designated area. Remember though if you pool your money together the police could push for a RICO case. Them paying you rent is not pooling.

Setup 3 rooms, one for veg/moms, 2 for flower on flip flop. 8 4x8 tables per room, 3 600's over each table, air cool the lights, run Co2.
Sound like a plan?

Dig Deeper. Go into details of what you want. ie Room size, Grow system(DWC, E&F, Aero, Soil),how often you want harvests(bi-weekly,monthly). I would write a couple of long paragraphs of what the area should be like but I feel if you don't put much thought into this then A)it is not a real opportunity, B) Your not very smart, C)You just want people to do the work for you.

i would make 2 12x36 rooms with 15 lamps in each, 5 for every 12x12 with 12 4x4x1 raised beds per room 12 hps 3 mh a veg room with shelves and floros a mom room with 10 600s and a dry room yippie

honestly, I am just stirring the pot, having a little fun. I know so many of these threads go nowhere. I have seen a bunch of them.
I already know what I would do. And tomorrow I will take pics and post of a 3 room set up, 3k Watts for the moms, plus T5's and fluros for clones, then 2 rooms running 24 600 lamps in each one. Total flower is 28,800 watts.
Moms are in and one room is 7 days into 12/12
Just decided to spend the weekend home with the family

I would hire a circus clown to entertain my plants. He would be bouncing off the walls and making balloon animals of spider mites. Also I think I would start a bio-tech business and invent the cure for swine flu and be RICH.
