Hello,

I am confused.

These plants were started sometime in early Feb indoors under 22/2.

The list of strains/plants, a total of 20:

(3) Chem Haze D from Rez
(3) Casey Jones from H3ad
(2) Casey Jones x NYCD fem
(2) Purple #1 from Dutch Passion fem
(1) Big Buddah Haze fem
(9) Blueberry fem from Mdanzig

They are all in 3 gallon bags with an organic mix of either guano or blood meal and bone meal. I've fed once with Age Old Grow and then once again with a tea that I made from super tea mix, blackstrap molasses, and kelp.

Here is a picture of them on 3/23, three days before they were put outside.

I went out and took pictures in the early light, but it started raining on me. Here they are about 10 days later. I think 3/3 casey jones are female and 1/3 chem haze d are female.

I'm hoping they finish flowering, but they might reveg... At least I took clones for may.

Updates in a three or four weeks.

Edit...

I went back out after the rain let off and had more time to mess around. I don't know how high I was when I went out there the first time but it turned out that 0/3 of the casey were female and 2/3 of the chem haze are female. I ripped out the 3 caseys b/c I don't want seeds, but left the last chem haze d because I wasn't sure if m/f.

So 17 plants. I think I will be happy if 12 make it. Something had knocked four of them over when I first put them out and dug around in the soil, but I think the smell of fresh bone meal/blood meal is gone.

When theres no-one else in sight
In the crowded lonely night
Well I wait so long
For my love vibration
And Im dancing with myself

Oh dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
Well theres nothing to lose
And theres nothing to prove
Ill be dancing with myself

Well I prepped my summer plots and had to go out to spread some lime and polymers so I took a camera to take pictures of the plants I tossed out a while ago.

They needed some water so they are a little droopy. I'm not sure if everything is going to flower out, but the purple #1 is in full flower and everything else is showing slow signs/ at least sex.

If they start revegging, that means I have a 4 ft plant to put in the ground for summer I guess?

If your already using guano..then why even fool around with the blood and bone...they will get dug up again...maybe not by the same animal but by the next one....When you put the dried blood on the leaves, the animals...deer,rabbits just smell it and go away...I know this because I put out game cameras in my fields..they "catch the varmits" and then you know how to fight them....like rabbits, trap them, problem solved. Sometimes you must just kill them. Not always, but sometimes a certain cridder just will not quit...One time there was a groundhog fuckin with me and nothing would stop him....so I took the morning and just waited him out....then bang, dead groundhog...never seen one again. Using a gun is always your last resort and not advised...but where I live everyone carries guns so it is not a big thing. A small 22 is a joke to most. I always carry a prop when in the woods...ie camera(large), fish pole, map and compass, hunting gear when in season...once I even carried a tree stand when I was real nervious...no one would ever suspect you when carring a tree stand....Oh and those cameras for game are sure cool there worth the bucks if you want a report on who is in the woods or what animals are messin with ya...keep it away from your plants as to not attract attention is someone finds the cam...there camo now and a little creative hiding will go a long way...

Hey Confused,
I've got my fingers crossed for you - I have a spring harvest going at the moment, went well for a couple of weeks outside, BUT she has started revegging. I suppose she got "confused". lol
The days are getting 3-4 minutes longer everyday and I now know spring harvests will not work with MY strain.
Keep an eye on your white hairs, make sure that new ones are still getting thrown out every day. I think this will be the 1st sign that they are thinking about re-vegging. I waited too long - the typical single leaves started growing indicating revegging.
picture.php

So last week I started bringing her indoors in the evening into a darkened room giving her reducing her daylight to 13hrs. I'm unsure whether she is revegging because of the actual length of the day (14hrs) or is it the 3-4 minutes increase???
Harvest was due this week but I'm going to let her go another couple of weeks because she has now started throwing out white hairs again. :woohoo:
picture.php

I'm going to let her go for another few weeks to bulk up the buds as many are smaller than they should be. Some buds have developed to a good size and trichs are starting to go amber so I will harvest these first.

Anyway, hope your strain doesn't mind the lengthening days m8 and you get an early harvest!!!

zielonylasss and dabbler: Thanks for stopping by

dabbler: I'm wondering what they actual length of visible light is in your area?

Right now im close to 14 hrs of visible light a day and the day length is increasing by about 2 mins a day.

The purple #1 are pretty indica dominant and are flowering the hardest, and I the hazes I am growing are confusing me as to what they are doing three weeks after the light change.

We will see in time. Good Luck with your spring harvest dabbler.

Be prepared to be confused Confused!!!
This is todays readings from timeanddate dot com:

Civil twilight begins at 05:36, ends at 20:44
Nautical twilight begins at 04:54, ends at 21:26
Astronomical twilight begins at 04:06, ends at 22:14

Duration of day: 13 hours, 58 minutes (3 minutes, 29 seconds longer than yesterday)
Sun in south at 13:09 at altitude 52° above horizon

Its a cool website that may be of interest!

Thanks for the info dabbler,

I hope you flower out because it will means a few of mine should make it. You seem a bit further along in flowering, but it looks like I might have an extra hour of night time.

I think that your twilight length is 15 hrs 8 mins and day length is 13 hrs 58 mins.

With my area the twilight length is 13 hr 47 mins and day length is 12 hrs 56 mins.

I worry knowing that the plants realize the day length is increasing. I've read some post/articles on here that say that a plant will pretty much try to finish flowering after a certain point, so lets hope for that outcome.

All I have been doing is carrying water. It hasn't rained since my first post  . I even have a simple rez set up.

Day 30 or so after going from 22/2 inside to about 13/11 outside and now its about 14/10

I have to carry whatever I take for a little more than half a mile, so at least I am getting in shape.

This is what they looked like after not being watered for three and a half days. I carried out 10 gallons and should carry out 10 more tomorrow.

The big bushy one is the single big buddah haze, it isn't even showing sex after more than a month, so I guess its going in the ground. Ugly, but fun.

And here is the start of confused in the summer. Lots of water polymers in the soil.

I think that is a chem haze d clone. There are 2 blueberry clones, 2 chem haze d clones, and a cyxnycd clone that are out. I also grew a few of h3ad a11xc99 until one showed sex/ made 6 clones off it. And there are some ice and ak 48 female seeds too.

Good to see people posting while I freak out and stay away from ICmag for a bit  .

Long story short, I ran into the cops a few weeks back while in the middle of the woods. No more pictures until harvest, but the plants are fine. Wow is all I have to say. I am lucky.

It didn't rain here for the first 50 or so days that they were outside. I carried water so many times. Now that they are close to finishing, it rained and will probably rain for a week off and on = white mold.

OGguerilla: They last about 4 days max. The buds are definitely not as big as they could be with a proper irrigation system, but I am happy.

chefboy6969: Thanks for stopping by.

I guess I said I would be happy with 12 plants out of the 17. I think I am down to likes 10 out of 17 that will be harvested in the next four or five days. Two of the 17 got trashed due to looking like shit/ needing to make decisions on what to water. Three others out of the 17 (big buddah haze, one ecsd x nycd, and some other I don't remember) started to reveg and were planted in the ground for a summer harvest.

I'll have a conclusion to this thread soon. Just holding back so I stay out of trouble in one of the unfriendliest states in the union.

I would personally of put those plants in the ground. Especially where you are, looks like your water table shouldn't be too far below the ground.

If I'm right about your location, you're in a heavily patrolled area. Lots of money going to State Marijuana Eradication Task Forces.

welcome krizznapp, southernguerila.

I had them in the grow bags because I wanted them to be sort of root bound. I also grew them inside for a month or so before moving them outside, so I just left them in the bags.

It rained real hard today and there was power mildew showing on some of the plants, so I went ahead and harvested 5 or 6. I was in a rush because I was in the middle of a thunderstorm by myself in the middle of the woods.

I left out the ones that looked healthy enough to survive the weekend and will cut them down soon. I know it is about a week early, but I talked to two people in chat and one brought up the point that, "early weed = smokeable, powder mildew = not smokeable".

No rain for the first 50 days, then rain for at least the next 10. At least I know God or whoever has a sense of humor.

Sweet swring harvest.. Glad to read it worked out. I was gonna say keep them fingers crossed, but it seems alright!

Also i thought that the way those baby palms sorta formed a neat row it could be a contractor zoning spot where they gonna build a "community.."

But im sure you know this and know to pick your spots..

How did you stumble on the cops IN the woods? what were they doing and what did they say?

I had to abort a run last night due to the "game and wildlife" commision doing something in the woods.. Im sure they woulda spotted me before i spot them.. and then its ON!!
