Accidental Hash Oil Trash it or Try It?

I threw a nasty old downstem in a jar of alcohol to soak it clean.

Now there is an inch or more of brown oil floating on top of the alcohol in the jar! Must be a couple of ounces easy! Did I accidentally make hash oil?

Trash or Treasure? Try It? Toss It?

It'll have a massive amount of tar and unburnt carbons in there, will get you high but taste like shit. Your lungs, your call.

I'd trash it man. The active ingredients in iso dissolve in the alcohol and it has to be evap'd. What THC might have dissolved in the alcohol have all that nasty smoking residue in it anyways!

Looked like all the crud had fallen to the bottom of the jar with the salt. Then was a layer of clear alcohol. On top is half a coffee cup of brown oil......nice and clear brown oil....... I may get a little bunson burner going and filter some alcohol through it! Mwahahahahahaha. Science experiment time! What fun...(just kidding....just kidding...no alcohol/fire safety tips please...heehee)

so are you gonna skim off the oil, evaporate, then save for a rainy day? that's what i'd do. I'm not quite as refined as some here though so....
