its been delayed to get more support for the bill
well, here we go, more proof the obama administration is blowing smoke
dont expect any difference in marijuana laws for another year i guess.

Regardless, I really can't imagine Arnold signing a marijuana legalization bill...
His term ends on Jan. 3, 2011, so I hope the next governor is more willing to consider legalization...say perhaps, Newsom? Maybe, but really depends on whom the police and prison guard unions are supporting. Whomever they support, do not expect them to favor legalization.
