Liquid Karma - Ok to let sit in res for 2 weeks?

Hi!

I am now trying to mix my organic soil.

I have 5 gallons of de-chlorinated water sitting in a res.

I know I have to use have Liquid Karma in water when mixing my feeding soil for the first time.

(Liquid Karma here is $30 for a liter. Very expensive so I don't want to waste any or have it go bad. My organic mix is up now at around $150. Seeds and electricity add $300 for this grow and the total is up to now $450. I never expected this to be this expensive. Sorry for straying off topic but compare that to actual street price for how much product you'll get. Seed cost is where I feel most of the 'inexcusable' cost is going into this grow. Sorry to offend some. $150 for seeds is just BS considering how much my other real costs are.)


Question: I would like to add 5 TBS of Karma to my 5 gallon 'reservoir'. Will the liquid karma/water mix go 'bad' if sitting in the water for a week or two?

can i ask why it will sit in a 5 gal res for a week or two before using i guess i may be confused on this part... if its not ready to use dont mix it...


organics are cheap compared to chems if your creating your own tea's.... Liquid Karma is the most expensive of all the products that you need...(and you dont need it it is optional at least in my mix but i use it every time....)

and i know especially for a small grow that things seems expensive but no no if you smoke like me and like good weed man growing is way less cheap...

even if you pay 200 for seeds if they are decent genetics they are worth every penny...

and just so you dont feel bad if i told you what i spent in the last 5 months with non of it being on equipment or startup cost you would shit your pants... i just spent 400 on seeds...

Now im not trying to be the Big man in the room i just wanted to let you know that at least with seeds (especially when you can create your own with them) you get what you pay for...

Crush- I keep the LK in my res for about a week. It is a 50 G res and runs once a day, Drain to waste. So when i mix my res about seen days goes by before i do it again. So yes that should not be a problem. Not sure if its the LK or the PBP or both, but they tend to have precipitates which will sink to the problem.

My best advice is to find someone that's using the same nutrients you are and follow what they do exactly. (Unless their grow looks like death) Otherwise you're going to be here every week with a new set of questions and possibly issues.

As for the cash you're spending? Quit your bitching. At least you 'HAVE' cash to spend. Be glad you're not duct taping your grandma's old sweater up for light proofing. (Ok, I've never gone that far but it sounded good!)

What the hell did you get that cost you $150 bucks for seeds? I hope you got more than 10 of them if this is your first round growing cannabis! Usually the higher priced beans are genetics that aren't exactly easy for a new grower to raise properly.

If you want to be realistic about it, they should charge $300 for 10 seeds of bomb ass genetics. They would sell a whole lot fewer of them though, so they don't.
For $150 I get 10 chances at finding a mum that's beautiful and will give up clones for centuries if you keep cloning the mum before it dies. That's pretty cheap for a lot of good cannabis.

As long as the rez is a bubblin LK should be fine.And as for dollin out the dough man o man.Ill spend it just to spend it on growing.I can think of way worse things to invest in.Man my homeboy spends a good portion of his check every week on beans.Its an addiction just like any some buy scratch tickets he buys seeds.Once you get locked into a serious drug collection the idea is to push it as far as you can...LOL!!Wait we cant stop here..This is bat country!!!
