This is primarily for people in their 20s, as age groups obviously act differently and see things in different perspectives..

So, is it just me or has the dating "scene" drastically changed the past few years? It seems like it's impossible to find a girl i want to "bring home to mom", you know? I mean, it's easy goin to a club, a bar, or a concert and finding a chick...getting to know, and end up naked sweaty laying on your bed next to each other wondering how the sex was so good.

But, thats the problem...all the girls i can find are on auto-pilot or "independent" mode and don't want to sacrifice their "freedoms" (aka singleness) to a committed relationship. I seem to find a girl to date, and for one reason or another, something always comes up and/or makes it impossible to date/get into a serious relationship...I'm early 20s, i don't want a girl with 2 kids. I have a tendency to attract moms, in their 20s and 30s...and thats totally not me. I'm sorry, I just don't want to be a replacement father.

But see...other guys i'm friends with, my age, bitch about the same thing - sluts!! My one friend T. is dating a girl who outright TOLD him she likes him a lot, wants to be with him, but will never be with him because he doesn't make enough money - so she got engaged to a guy who makes decent dough - and still sees my friend T. on the side! funny part is, the chick's fiancee is completely cool with it. ROFL, T's bangin his woman and he's marrying her in a few weeks.

Why can't i find myself a cute girl (i don't need drop dead gorgeous, tho, it would be nice)...who smokes weed, and wants to just chill out and have a relationship with 1 person?

finding "chicks" in bars and clubs your likelihood of finding a keeper for mom to delight in is slim to none. It does happen and I do know of a couple who met in a bar but it was a fluke as she hates those scenes, rather introverted and it was one night out of a million where they just found each other on nothing but luck.

finding women in their 30s with kids hitting on someone who is ten years their minor in a bar should be putting up MAJOR red flags...

I have noticed that alot of nice looking women who seem about my age, ALWAYS HAVE KIDS!!

Well, I am in my late 30s so I wont say too much since I am almost an old fart. I did think it important to make mention of one universal and irrefutable fact about women.

They are all insane until about 25 years of age.

Do not expect much in the way of emotional stability until around this age. Some women start earlier and some later, but this is the average reliable age. I think their hormones and whatnot are still bouncing everywhere until they get a tad older.

So my advice is to not start looking seriously looking for a lifelong mate until they reach this approximate age. You will thank me if you follow this standard. Go out and have fun with the younger ladies, learn their bodies and try to pick up a few nuances into the way they think (or atleast learn what they need to hear from time to time). It helps to keep them from going batty if you can do this. Besides your still young, no sense bogging down your life too much with a lot of woman drama before you need to. Plus as a male, we have the luxury of double standards and can date those 20 year olds late into our 40s if we know what we are doing.

I agree, and I tend to blame the times we are living in. It almost seems that girls think its cool/cute/glamorous to be dumb, sluty, and thus I think they can't help them selves’ not to be greedy, they are for lack of a better word, ignorant .
