Was wondering about how much dolomite lime you ad per gallon of your outdoor plants, or per sq ft.... I didnt use it on my last grow, but am going to mess around with it.. Know of anything good to add with dolomite?
All the input is welcome, peace

Go easy on the lime. I go about 1-2 tbsp per gallon of hole. You want to mix that in a few weeks before planting. I've never topdressed with dolo, so I can't help you there. The soil pH sticky at the top of the forum might be a good read. You might not even need the lime.

per 2 gallons add 4 spoons(soupspoons) of lime. U can also add npk pellets and compost. npk pellets approx 2-8 spoons , depends on layer or on the stage the plant is in , young plants a little npk , larger plants can have more

Apparently, if you have already put in organic matter, you have to wait for a while before adding lime.

Anyone care to comment on this, since I was thinking of adding some lime myself, but have already dug in some composted farmyard manure?

anything your planning on exposing your plants to to water with r/o and check runnof for ph value ,but best to let all things ferment for a while.

if your local soil has a lower PH (most do) then you almost cant over-lime. but if you live in an area with high ph, dont put any lime in the holes. if u have high PH, get some cottonseed meal to mix in. its a good slow fertilizer, and it lowers PH a bit
