haha no for real though what are some good tactics for keeping cows AWAY from my crop? im open for ANY good suggestions. i was planning on putting chicken wire all across the surface area. cant really put a fence up it would be to scetchy for the location. also does blood meal work for them? i hear for dears its ok. i also will be putting salt rocks in a nearby location so they can preferably snack on that treat instead of mine! :joint:

Definitely don't put them nearby. :yoinks: You'll want them a distance away near a water source. Cows will hang out near the salt-lick and that will give them a greater chance of finding your plants if they're nearby.

cows do not like the smell of their fallen comrades....
slay one of them and offer a burnt sacrifice to the chronic gods, this will keep them away

Well there is an obvious drawback to locating salt licks anywhere near your grow. If the rancher finds the blocks and knows he/she didn't put them there, then there will be suspicion and probably snooping around the area to find out why some thoughtful unknown person placed salt blocks for the cows.

Setup a trip wire that attaches to some cans or anything that makes noise and that will scare the cows away, if you startle them they will run. Unless it is a young calf, they tend to be nosey and stubborn.

Mmmm....cows. I'd eat em!

Seriously, they don't like to eat anything that grows out of their own poo. Notice how the grass always is left around a pile of cow poo? Surround your crops with cow flops. They won't eat it then.
