My rez smells like jizz?

Title says it all. I added hygrozyme to my res, it's been 3 days since and now my res has a slime in it and the whole thing smells like a vat of jizz.

Is this bad? I know when things smell like ass/shit its bad, but I've never read or encountered anything that mentioned a smell of sperm.

The sludge is grey/brown in color. doesn't seem to be on my roots. Doesn't smell like root rot or brown algae as I have had both before.

It's brown and grey/translucent.

Regardless, I changed my rez and got everything pretty clean. Now it smells like nothing. Hygrozyme always messed my shit up lol.

If so I think I know your problem

Really though I allways Use hygrozyme with out any funky smell.
Maybe it just broke down alot of dead roots and that's what was left of them in your res.
I would try it a second week to see if it does it again.
