just guessing but I'm going to say that older people in the UK generally have great manners


the people in the US that don't understand things generally don't understand much of anything other than their puny existence and whats on the tv. And boy are they dumb

Yeah, generally, you're right. It's just a shame that a lotof people under the age of about 60 here are just like you say, don't understand, and probably dont want to understand.

The proportion of complete idiots seems to me to get larger with each generation, which is worrying. We're falling apart as a species... either that or a darwinesque cull of the weak is looming

I worked in a call center waaaaay back when. I was in management so that meant I always got to speak to the cherries. Some of the people you have to deal with are truly idiots. We used to have this one guy who had a foot fetish and would call incessantly(really creepy). I had one guy who wanted us to send him a an information packet, but he refused to give me his information saying that we already had it: he had dealt with the company 17 years prior(dohh!!).

They pale in comparison to the people I've had to deal with as a restaurant manager, drunk people being far and away the worst. They love you when your serving them, but as soon as you tell the barkeep to cut them off they hate you, fuck them all.

Those of us who deal with the public on a daily basis realize the truth, "PEOPLE SUCK".

Weed is the best antidote for dealing DUMBASSES.

Watch the movie office space, it will make you laugh even if you've seen if b4. Just think atleast you have a job, times are hard and if all you do is answer phones then you got it made. I wish my job was that easy... I'd even talk dirty to fat chicks to be doing that LOL.
