I bet all the med states are woking on a bill for legalization for the near future. 390 is making such a big fuss right now the other states are taking this time to act. If just one out of 13 passes it will cahnge everything. The first one is the hardest. others will fall afterwords. Alaska already passed one, but it was revoked by dumb people.

yup more states are starting to take notice. It has a lot to do with the economic crisis. Alchohol was legalized again during the great depression era, money was a big factor in that decision to, now we see the same thing with marijuana.

It's only a matter of time before a state finally legalizes it. Nevada voted to legalize marijuana a few yrs back but it failed.

Las Vegas is hurting bad right now. Nevada is likely to put it back up for vote. It only failled by a little. They already legalized prostitution in some counties. the is an hbo show about it. How is weed worse than whores?

I spoke with a lady in Cal. Norml and she said the biggest factor in "getting things our way" is the demographics---More young people coming of age and the hard liner boomers reconsidering their draconian ways. You typical gen x'er and y'er is not the problem. Many of the minorities see the folly of prohibition and because of Obama registered to vote for the first time.

I hope it works out. We could make some very significant progress to the gains that have been panfully made. People died, were injured, inprisoned, impoverished all because of cannibis. Crazy isnt it?

Still, corporate entities do not like the smell of cannibis! I had to take a drug test yesterday and I was too ill to properly take the appropiate countermeasures. That's OK. I've taken 40 drug tests in my life so it's OK to flunk one I suppose.

I am starting to think that pot wont become legal untill alot more of the old school WWII generation dies off. Too bad, cause i want all those people to live. they offer much wisdom on all other subjects.
