RH , clones mothers and bloom

Hey guys i am growing Chronic. have very diffrent RH in my mother room its 58%
is that too much?
and where i bloom, with DPS Aero system i am at 15-20% is that to low, what is optimaal for bloom , yeild wise, and what is optimal for the mothers, the temp in both rooms area steady 27 C .

U never really want to go over 60% or u invite powdery mildew, bud rot, etc.... I prefer 40 for the entire grow, but I get up to about 60 in flower while running a 400watt dehumidifier and have no probs.
A high humidity in veg can be tollerated more than a a high humidity in flower.
Plants will also transpire less in humid environments and will be able to tollerate a slightly higher ppm of nutrients.
