why did they not use HTC in the Action. That just confuses me. Not everyone know all the members of HTC. So the original stock came from HTC FOR THIS AUCTION. Could it be anymore confusing.:wallbash::wallbash:

Before anybody else post's here do some research about TOMHILL, HTC and DEEP CHUNK this thread is filling up with stuff we dont need :wallbash::wallbash:
1 - DEEP CHUNK IS A PURE IBL AFGHAN FROM TOM HILL
2 - BROTHER MONK WHO IS A HTC MEMBER WAS GIFTED BEANS FROM TOM 2 BREED WITH
3 - BROTHER MONK KINDLY DONATED THE SEEDS HE MADE(from toms beans) for the 420AUCTION..
4 - THE MONEY MADE FROM THESE BEANS GO'S TOWARDS THE COSTS OF RUNNING IC.MAG AND THE 420 CUP HELD IN AMSTERDAM
5 - YES THE PRICE WAS EXTEMELY HIGH BUT ITS AN AUCTION SO PEOPLE CAN PAY WATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT FOR BEANS...
Ps sorry bout the swearing but im getting sick of this rambling nonsense...

Anybody please correct me if i am wrong...

It wasnt directed at you bro this aint my thread i think what wasnt made clear was this is a pure ibl line no other strain has touched this line so no f2's or such just pure deep chunk beans they were bred by brother monk who tom gifted beans 2 so he could continue this pure ibl afghan strain which i think dates back to 1979...

Personally, even if it was the breeder asking the $300 price tag(I have paid $75 for a single elite clones before), it would still be worth it to just have something that pure and stable to work with. Let alone how it looks and smokes(no personal exp. on the smoke part, but read all good things), it would be an invaluable tool to have in your garden. As for crossing it, their are millions of possibilities for what you could get, but I would have to recommend that your first batch of seeds be left pure just so you have the extra laying around.

its safe to conclude from the information posted so far that the price escalates on deep chunk due to though hoping to find the 1 in 100 tom hill pheno. richard williams used it to make his beans, and so did HTC. now, if that one pheno was more prevalent, say 1 in 4-10, 300 for that is worth it. but to get the pack and go through a few generations with no luck, what do you do? there some many DC crosses for the simple fact supply causes demand, people want DC give them DC.

Let me try to explain this to you Kaneh, and let's go ahead and set aside the rarity etc of the line.

Does the friggen chili breeder or the Finola breeder have the fear of God put into them on a regular basis? Do they live in fear for the safety of their family etc? Do they have all of their work fly off in a net hanging from the bottom of a chopper etc, etc, etc (and believe you me, there is a bookload of shit I'm leaving out here).

How bout go put yourself through all of this for about 25 years, let it take its toll on you and then get back to us about what things are worth OK?

Oh, I didn't know police copters are hovering over Amsterdam looking for breeders and MJ crops! LOL!

PS.
My country is not as friendly as Netherlands, so I'm pretty much living in situation you described, not 25 years, but pretty close...
