The PURPLIEST Purps

My buddy went to go pick up some blueberry from a reputable dealer and said he saw some of the craziest purps. He described it as not having any green at all. Anybody have any idea what this could be? I imagine it could fetch a pretty penny. Freaked him out and he's not exactly a novice. I've searched around and couldn't find anything close. Could it be the flowering conditions? I know with some of these if you keep the temps lower they will finish with more purple. Any ideas would be great.

purple phenotypes can be found in many different seedlines. some purpp more then others, some purp with cool temps.

This is the lineage of Blueberry; Blueberry (DJ Short) [Oaxacan Gold X Chocolate Thai] X Highland Thai X Afghani.
With the Highland Thai you could have purple phenos.The purple color is caused by polyphenols anthocyanins.Certain cannabis strains have purple in them.Here are two examples

Viking, lineage is not known, but probably a stabilized hybrid Sheberghan x Early Mexican

This is a purple pheno from China, Yunnan region

could be anyting. I have seen strains range from all purple to all green to all yellow to all BLUE, to rainbows and all orange andmany many more....can't start to name off that many strains.

All these purple up all due to the Genetics, I myself would look at flavor and aromas, structure, etc etc.. to find out what ya buddy seen, it's really hard to say with out knowing more detail..

strain searcher grew the sour creek, never smoked it myself, looks very tasty.
