I ran bio bizz nutes on my last coco grow and i didnt get any problems using it, please note i am a novice grower and what i say should be taken with a pinch of salt. Hopefully some1 with greater knowledge than me will be able to help you further....
Only problem is when using drippers as they block up also you need to use them soon after mixing so not for use with a res anyway, fine for handwatering.

@exer
as for bio bizz nutes, i have exactly same question.
i did many searches on many forums.
there is an exact information:
Organic nutes such as biobizz dont feed plants.if you want your nutrients to feed directly your girls,then go with chemical nutes.
they (organic nutes ) feed microbes in your soil/soilless mix.and those microbes break down your organic nutes.so,you feed microbes and microbes feed your girls. thats all. dont forget that cycle .
it means,organic nutes are useless unless there is microherd in your growing media.
regarding biobizz with coco,
as i said,biobizz with pure coco wont work unless you make "living mix ".
if yuo want to grow organic,you have to add microbes /microherd/microacvitiy in your mix or you can simply buy a bag of compost like biobizz lightmix if you could find.
