4000w grow room, 10x10ft darkroom

okay so i ordered all the equipment yesterday

darkroom 9'10''x9'10''- inside i have 12 jungle of ease buckets, $50 a piece... for lights im running 4 1000watt hps/mh running them off 240v connected to a 30amp timer box extra 10 amps for the ac+dehumidifier+fans+pumps ...2 8in canfans running at 500cfm(give or take) 2 lights per blower will be venting all heat out of box

how are those fans working at keeping the setup cool? That's a lot of wattage in that size room. Hopefully your lung room has good air in and out.

I wish I could run that kind of wattage in my 9'4" by 6'4" setup.

no heat what so ever... u can hold your hands on the lights.. 1 blower per 2 lights is all u need....

blowers pull from 2 lights right up and out the vents... fresh air in from bottom side holes... very inconspicuous

first off light movers suck! lol im bold i know but ive tried those things a handful of times only to achieve less then when light is stationary... but yes you could fit one in there if u wanted to...

Sunleaves jungle of ease is a deep water aeroponic system... very cheap, but just as efficient as top of the line aeroponic models. nice bang for the buck

damn those buckets are 50+ bucks each, and you picked up 16? thats a hefty startup cost... i hope these things live up to the hype!!! i guess since they hold 4 plants each, you are gonna have 64 plants... sounds about right for 4- 1ks... 16 per light

as soon as clones are rooted they go directly into 12/12 (darkroom10x10) i have a small box for clones + mothers... been thinking about grabbing an extra 64 net pots and have the clones transplanted into them 2 weeks before harvest so they get a little more developed before going directly into bud... but i have no problem going straight from clone to bud with no veg... but i mean u really cant say NO VEG bc once roots are formed, the plant is in veg so then it takes a good 3 weeks to convert back to bud... within that transformation i believe veg is still taking place... soooo straight from clone to bud, transitional phase of 2-3weeks being veg

im not a big fan of 600's put one side by side with 1000 (far enough away so light wouldnt overlap lol) same strain and yielded 3.5 more oz's off the 1000... might b a lil more on electric but in the end it pays off big

no delta, i have a 50gal drum that i mix everything into then a submersible pump, fill each of the 16 boxes twice a week (15minutes to fill all 16) not to bad... the reason y i didnt go with delta is because when u release the lever and let your mix go into the jungle boxes it gets dispersed unevenly which will cause some boxes to have higher ppm then other... pain in the ass.. with the 50gal there's no discrepancies in ppm they all get the same even amount...

$50 bucks each is dirt cheap man, my last setup i was using botanicare aerojet 4x4 1 tray 16sites cost 600 a unit! was going to get them again... but there just a waste of money when this jungle performs just aswell! for a 1/4 the cost

I'm doing the pepsi challenge so to speak right now. I would get about 12 oz's off a 600, but man, the 1000 looks a ton brighter. I bet with the 60% more light I should at least get 20 or so.

That's reassuring about the light setup. I'm working on something similar right now, except a framed and insulated box. I looked at that tent and couldn't part with the cash. For now I ended up getting a knock off off ebay for $220 for a 4 by 8. The quality isn't as good but it seems to be working.

Fitting 6 600's would be nice but it would be more equipment and more crowded hanging that many hoods. I missed this but are your hoods 6" air cooled or 8"?

Looks nice man. I love the Darkroom had one myself. Prob use it for moms or something now. Never seen one of them that big though. They do make setting up everything and containing everything in one area very easy. I'll be watching this one as I am setting up my next grow to be 3-4k. Good luck.
