Yellow spots on leaves @ 23 days old PICS

Okay I need some help over here.. It's now day 23 since they sprouted and they've been under the HPS for 2 weeks. I noticed first really small spots on the middle leaves about a week ago, thought it was nothing to worry about.

Then as I came back from my weekend trip the spots had spread.. The problem is mainly with 2 CH9 Jacks. Other plants have these spots too but they aren't spreading or anything.

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on? about 5-7 Days
What STRAIN are you growing? CH9 Jack and humboldt
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Seed
What is the age of your plants? 23 days
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? Since day 1
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Vegetative
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) some LST
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 10 litres so 2,5 gallon, 1 plant per pot. They spent the first week in 1 litre pots with the same soilmix
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Bionova soilmix A, added 20% coco, 20% claypebbles and 5-10% vulcaponic
What Nutrient's are you using? Bionova supersoilmix NPK 5-2-4
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* I'll give them first full strenght feeding this week
How often are you feeding? After I start feeding I feed them every second/third watering according to plants
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?--
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)--
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?-- no meter
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? Light green-yellow, optimum range accoring to the PH-chart supplied with my droptester
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? PH drops
How often are you watering? I water according to the weight of the pots so far that means once a week from now on maybe twice a week as the gals are gettin bigger :)
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? I fed them light (2ml/4l or 1 gallon) last friday, at day 18. The bottle suggests 4-5ml per liter starting at the beginning of Week 3
What size bulb are you using? 400 W HPS
What is the distance to the canopy? 50-60cm
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) My humidity meter broke, but before it was 40-60% in veg
What is the canopy temperature? 29-31C so 84-88F
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) Night 25C, 77F, day 28-30C 82-86F. Thinking of getting my Cooltube running..
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 350 Cubic meters per hour
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? I have one clip on fan blowing on my 400W HPS, one directed to my plants + the 350m3/h exhaust 24/7, passive intake
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Yes
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? Top soil drys out pretty fast and I let the whole pot get nearly dried out before I water. Haven't let the leaves get droopy this time around.
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Hard
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap, PH 7,5 at first. Finnish tap water is very clean.
Are you using water from a water softener? no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? no
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? No
Are plant's infected with pest's? Hope not, I have 0 experience on pests, I ordered some Neem oil as I was ordering some nutrients, just in case.

Oh and one thing, I sprayed the plants with straight tap water by accident, forgot to lower the PH. Haven't sprayed them ever since although I don't think it's the reason for this problem.

So my guesses are It's either heat stress or (HOPEFULLY NOT) pests.

Pics show 4 of my seven plants, the one in the blue pot is the CH9 jack with the most spots so far.

Any help is appreciated!
- Teddy

Edit. Forgot to mention the new growth is unaffected only the middle/lower leaves. The Humboldts are pretty much unaffected and only 2 Jacks show any "progress". First few yellow spots appear then spread slowly but steadily. Leaves get kinda "crispy" around affected areas.

I would water more often and in lesser amounts, especially considering the heat (which isn't TOO bad but definitely less than ideal) is an issue here. Also how about a number for your runoff instead of the answer there.....it's just not really that helpful to me. At age 23 days, I would have either transplanted them into fresh soil and a larger pot (you already have them in a fiar sized pot or started giving them nutes.

They appear to have several issues.......best of luck.

Thanks for the reply! I really haven't watered them that much the pots just hold moisture well. I see now that my answer suggests I gave them a gallon of water per girl which is not true more like 0,5 litre. English isn't my first language so these kinds of misundestandings are bound to happen :)

The runoff PH is about 6.5 I just forgot to mention that earlier. No problems there but I don't rule PH problems out as some people say the drop testers aren't accurate maybe it's time for me to buy a pen.

And yes I have transplanted them after the first week when I switched my 125W CFL to the HPS they were in 1l pots and I wasn't planning to transplant them any more.. don't have the supplies nor the room. If this problem gets worse I might have to reconsider.

it is a bit hot yes...it may have cause this...combination of heat and a light root stress...

Yea I currently have some unwanted corners on my ducting that I'll get sorted out as soon as I receive some acoustic ducting.. Should be here first thing next week. If that doesn't work I always have my cooltube.. I just don't like the reflector on that one it shoots way too much light straight to the walls.

And I'm happy to inform that the problem has not progressed at all as a matter of fact just flipped them to 12/12! The new growth is super healthy and man are they growing fast. I'll put some pics up at some point! Oh and what do you mean by root stress??

are there roots coming out the bottom of your pots?

Hi weedhound! Just checked and I see tiny roots coming out of 2 pots out of 7. I think I'll see some on all of them next week. This has happened to me on my previous grows also at the beginning of flowering and hasn't slowed anything down. Do you think it's good/bad?

Are you planning on transplanting them into anything larger for flowering? They could use the extra room at some point.

If they are doing well, I will butt out. Good to hear so don't want to jinx anything. Best of luck on your grow.

Thanks man! I kinda rushed the first transplant as I went from 1l to 10l but I think I'll be okay.I only have 1m X 1m floorspace and that has to house 7 plants(fem seeds) so not much room here.. If problems start occuring within the next week I'll probably transplant the best looking ones(below) and figure out what to do with the rest.. btw I really admire you taking the time to help people with their problems! :joint:

Just uploaded pics of 2 of the plants
Biggest of the Jacks FIM'ed Humboldt
