i dont understand finnish but i understand the subject

Danish passion, royal dane and other land races are also on their way to seedbay stock and should soon be there on a regular basis ( or until they are sold out)

first they should be available in a few packs on the 4/20 auction, but later as a regular stock
also with other danish early genetics
theres more info on a some of them in my signature file

Hi Gunnarguchi!

Your opinion: what is earliest Danish non-af outdoor strain? I have grown Guerilla Gold#1 outdoors for 2 years and I think it's little too late here in 63,5°N.

One seedbank already recommend me (royal dane x heavenly erdpurt) x (b3n7 erdpurt x royal dane). Shoud I try that or are there more earlier strains?

no problem

i dont understand why the early Nordic genes are so hard to get elsewhere although they are so common here, so i decided to try and change that.
cause they deserve that and they are very photo sensitive and in most cases much earlier than commercial outdoor offerings

SovietFinland:
that cross i think should do well
might not be the most early one but early enough i think ( having RD in it)

its a multiple genes cross so there should be good potential for selection for earliness, yield or potency
what ever preferred most in the coming generations

i know a fellow danish breeder that made a very early and sometimes semi auto flowering strain by selection several years from some good afghan genes that were not very early to begin with

so its possible to change the genes a lot with some generations of selection

regarding guerrilla gold
its early at 49 latitude in canada but ive heard from a fellow dane who have grown it that its not that early here at 55 north
so i guess not at even more Nordic latitudes

the guerrilla gold x danish passion should be good ive heard from several places
im going to run a field of 100+ guerrilla gold x danish passion f3 this year in a corn field
so im exited too see how they will perform
potency and taste should be high class and so i hope it will finish in corn for me
latest harvest date is end September just before the farmers start to harvest the corn in start October

Hi Gunnar,

Is the seeds coming to seedbay from you?
If so I will ofcourse support you and buy seeds from them.

Do you know anything of FroeBanken?
(I heard about it first time in this thread)
Is it good place, good people?
They have some interesting stuff there, prices seems to be OK too...

Bevar Christiania!!!

(royal dane x heavenly erdpurt) x (b3n7 erdpurt x royal dane) is a polyhybrid. Selective breeding is ok, it's slow but can be done. But I'm still working with LR X Stuporsonic project and I don't want to take another one.

(guerilla gold x danish passion) f3
Canadian and danish genetics. Mostly indica.

8-9 weeks flowering.
Harvest depends on lattitude, at 55°N at around Oct 1.
Height up to 1½ meter, average yielder.
Also good indoor potential.
Good mold resistance.

Harvesting at october at 55°N? Sorry, It's too late for me.
Is Royal Dane 06/Royal Dane 07 The Earliest Non-AF Stain?

You have a good luck with your cornfield project, I will keep on eye DK 09 Corn Field Grow -thread.
But don't danish farmers use any herbicides that can harm hemp?

regarding dcf froebanken
its a place in Denmark where most growers start up but move along later to places like this or others
there seeds are both made by newbies and experienced growers as many experienced growers still sends them seeds although they have moved on
as a forum user in there its a good place to start but i think most ppl feel the need to be moving on after a while

yes i send in some packs from danish landraces for the 4/20 autions at seedbay and i hope they get listed start/mid in the coming week
Esbe also has some Danish outdoor crosses listed so keep in eye on the 4/20 auctions

i forgot to include Thyphoon in letter so these will be send soon together with others and some for use as freebies for seedbay

later ill send in danish land races to be sold as regular seedbay stock, or as long as they last
just needs to get all seeds sorted first from all the different strains and crosses, which is a hard work for a busy man

regarding ggxdp again to Sovietfinland
it should be harvested in late september as sensimilla and with a few mature seeds also but for many mature seeds you need to add apr 2 weeks to the harvest date as sensimilla

But don't danish farmers use any herbicides that can harm hemp?

they use pesticides but harm can be avoided if plants are keept at home growing and then planted into the fields at mid June instead and scrapping some top soil off before planting them out

i successfully did 7 smaller spots in corn last year with about 100 plants in total
it was an experiment to see how it could be done and if it worked
even though i planted them out later than planned, had some over fertilization problems at first ect, it was a success
so im doing the same this season just 10 x as many

gtrowing in corn as a very good way of guerrilla growing but it requires some knowledge and the use og early genetics

i would recommend reading the thread about it i have link for in my signature

all the pure land races i have seeds from who are on their way for seedbay and other places, are from my corn field grows ( and a few early finishers from my own garden) so they are early enough for corn field grows, at least at 56 N L

corn field growing requires some night working unless you have corn fields with no farms or roads nearby, but its great fun and rewarding in the end

like i said before i recommend the thread in my signature for more about the subject

Thanks for info Gunnar. If I buy seeds, I get the best possible genetics.

Next summer I'll be seeding only my own F2 seeds (Solid Bottom F6 x LowR)
to see what potential they really got. I know it's good, and hopefully better that anything else above 60 N L, for me anyway ;)

I'm not breeder, but have been incredibly lucky with strain I got from a friend. (skunk#1 x Parvati landrace x pure ruderalis x pure ruderalis)
From original seeds I've been selecting best plants every summer since 2001. I found a pheno that is really early, 1m-1.5m high and smoke is sweet. I crossed it with LR to make it even smaller/faster + better leaf/bud ratio.
F1s were just like I wanted, now I have to see what happens with F2s...

Onkos kukaan muuten bubblebagittanu/jää-ekstraktoinu(?) tota Royal Danee?
Irtooko hyvin namia??
Tai saako tehtyä hyvää läpyskää jollain muulla keinolla ku bubblebag??
Ois kiva tietää jos joku tehnyt?
Kiitoooooos!

Ja semmonen tuli vielä mieleen että onkos kukaan kasvattanu Gunnarguchin mainitsemaa
Thyphoonia?? Kovasti kehuttiin mitä lueskelin....

ruotsissa ainaki kuvien perusteella hyvin selvinny tuo htyphooni, en oo suomalaisiin kasvuraportteihin vielä törmänny. itselläki tarkotus laittaa tota thyphoonia nyt tulevana kesänä.
