Knowledge of what good herb is, how to grow it, how to appreciate it, and who to share said good herb with should not be confused with snobbery. That is just being wise and on a higher level. One can not be faulted for obtaining knowledge and a deeper understanding.

my friend is coming up this weekend. I specifically told him to bring me a bud of the 60.00 1/4 he has. He said you won't even smoke it. I said yes I will I promise. It is just enough for him to get arrested on the trip up.......

in truth I will smoke any week if it is all that is available. I would not go without. Rezin, thats another story. I will never smoke that again in my life.

I would deffinetly consider myself a potsnob
I went to UCSC, so thats where it all started, but now, its gotten entirely out of control.
I use ungummed papers because they taste better, and can literally taste all the crappy burning paper in zigs
I keep my weed (that I buy) in glass containers, so it doesnt lose flavor, moisture, or keef
I'll always try and see what flavors I get from different strains, and talk about it, often sounding like a wine taster
My friends will smoke resin often, and I havent touched the shit in forever
I'll pass on a torched bowl that has weed left, but no greens
I'll also talk about the highs and the subetly of the highs much like a wine taster too
I love weed so much, and when i smoke shitty weed, i get a shitty high and a shitty taste in my mouth.
to me, its worth it to spend money for heady nugz

As a regular person not producing various ounces of smokable buds, I'm no weed snob. If my friends want to smoke regs, I'll smoke with them. It still gets me pretty damn lit and feeling good. But there's really no denying the difference between good seedless bud and any type of seeded bud. I've smoked some of the best weed in the world, but I don't necessarily always have the best.

im totally spoiled now,when i go to concerts and outings .I always pass on whats being offered.

The quality of high is really important,its the greatest thing to be able to have exactly the high you want ,to feel happy,tired ,energetic ect ect.
If i couldn't have the good smoke anymore,i would just stop,until i could .This thread got me thinking,i can't believe i spent all those younger years smoking regs with friends,now that i think about it ,a good bit of the time,the high wasn't even enjoyable,We were just smoking to get blasted......

currently, i don't have access to top notch. only mid-grade. it gets me STONED, and i've been smoking for years. it's occasionally harsh smoke, but in general, not really. it's dry, and stemmy. not many seeds though. avg cost $70-80/half oz. this is all i have. i can't afford the good shit, because if you can even find a source, it's probably been middle man'd 10 times, raising the cost to $4-600/oz. ridiculous. which is why i said fuck it, am going to take the risk and grow my own. its tough with being a bud smoker and not having complete freedom (living with room mates)

if im smokin with someone for the 1st time and they pass me a schwag joint or somethin ill hit it to be polite.. but if its a friend of mine im saying "cmon man u kiddin me?" and when im hitting it to be polite, its like a fourth of a hit and i dont inhale much. lol mexi is so disgusting when u smoke the fire all the time.

I don't think I've seen shwagg or anything but nice high end for a very long time here in Nor Cal. I think I fall squarley on the border of Snobish tendancies....so that is a es for me.
I think alot of people form biases on word of mouth rather than exp....thankfully this site unites those who have an antual fluid IQ of over 120....:respect: For those not blessed with a racingly analytical mind I'm sure that they cope in thier own way.......you know, things such as complacentness and general satisfaction.

Round here in the yey area I think you would be hard pressed to find something without at least some decent genetics. Even alot of the outdoor round here is very nice, nearly undecerable from properly flushed indoor at times.
See, right there..a perfect example of being a snob...:yeahthats

if you can find it I get good mexican for 600 lb it
works till I can grow my own I smoke what I can get
