Will floranectar, liquid karma, or florablend clog pressure compensated drippers even if im using an inline filter..?

im not sure how thick your nutrients are but i use ata clean ;)

Avoid drip line blockages

ATA Clean is a great additive designed specifically for keeping your irrigation pipes and drip lines clear of blockages. By both preventing and removing mineral salt deposits as well as algae growth, ATA Clean ensures that your irrigation system remains completely clean and clear and that all of your plants get the water and nutrients they need. Especially useful when dealing with tap water and an essential product for everyone using drippers.

You'll definiitly want some kind of wetting agent.... SM-90 or Coco Wet. Also note that high pressures cause PC drippers to restrict and make it easier to clog. Use the least amount of pressure (smallest pump/lowest flow) you can.

John goodman, what ata clean? a wetting agent..? got a link..?
Been, where did u find that high pressures make pc drippers clog easier, i havent heard that one..?
My drippers are 1gph at 15-35psi. I made an inline pressure gauge and it says the system is running at 20psi. Is that a high enough pressure to give me a problem? Also could u explain how pc drippers are "restricted by high pressure" and why this makes them clog easier..?
Ive used wet betty b4, but its not very cost efficient if u have to keep using it in a 200gal rez instead of foliar. Whats a good cheap wetting agent? coco wet makes my rez foam like a mother, and sm-90 may POSSIBLY kill my beneficials and clog my drippers due to the fact that it has canola OIL in it! Any other options....?
Damn liquid carbo load is flaking/gunking up in my rez and clogging some emitters. The
"gel flakes" hit the inline particle filter and seperate, and then recombine or somethin after they get past and then onward to the drippers to clog more of em. Im glad i have a 45psi pump tho, i can just close the T'ed annex ball valve i installed after the pump, and the pressure will build and hopefully push the shit out of the clogged emitters.

The PC Drippers known in the market today achieve their constant flow rate by constricting the water outlet as a function of the pressure in the pipe. At a low pressure, the outlet orifice is large, letting water flow out easily. In a higher pressure the outlet orifice is constricted compensating for the increase in pressure and therefore allowing the same amount of water out. As a result, in medium to high pressures the outlet is reduced dramatically to 0.02 mm2 and the compensation relies entirely on a very small orifice. The small flow path is then vulnerable to clogging due to sediment collecting in that region. Since the outlet becomes so small, any dirt will clog the water path, preventing water from flowing out.

Have you considered not using drippers at all. A fert filter will pressure compensate pretty well. I gave up on drippers a long time ago and haven't looked back.

those things clog when u put nutes thru them.
I figure the soaker hose has 360 degrees of porosity, so it would take longer to clog. If I find that fancy stuff being retailed somewhere I'll drop you a line.

I ran drippers about 4 hours before I gave up on them. It was just long enough to feed once, off four hours, and then when they were to come on again, they were clogged. That was with tapwater and PBP though, and I haven't tried it out with R/O and/or chems. Pump may have been too much on a short line though, cuz they were pressure-compensating.
