your favorite way/method switching to 12/12 ? Somebody told me to keep them in the dark for a couple of days before switching,,, ?? Can anybody give me advice, please ?

Hi Indalo,
some growers like to give the plants 48 hours darkness at the end of the veg stage,
once the 48 hours are up then move to 12/12 flowering,
i've never tried this tho, i just move from veg straight to 12/12,
just chose whatever method you feel comfortable with man

Thanks for that, Haze.They are on a 48 hours rest now. Got some info. from another site. Apparently a period of darkness prior to 12/12 kick starts the flowering. Thanks for taking the time to pop in .

i bieleve the two days of darkness throws them into a flowering frenzy . iv heard of people giving two days of darkness at the end as well , makes the plants think tthe end of the world is near . iread that somewhere here .peace

I have a Skunk #1 that will show flowers in 8 days when switched from 24/0 to 12/12.

If you give it 48hrs of dark first you'll see hairs within 2 days of 12/12. (That's 4 days, half the time)
