I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I have been a med patent in Washington for about one year now, following a severe back injury. I have constant muscle spams and pain. Does anyone here have suggestions for a strain that might address my muscle spasms? Thank you for any and all help.

Quite the strain list you have there! Fellow NW mmj smoker here. I do not smoke for spasms or pain but I heard Cinderella 99 is ideal for pain relief. The Jack Herer is the closest thing you have to it. Going to be doing some Dsd and ChemdogDD as well

I'm also an Oregon MMJ card-holder and have the same back issues that you deal with.

I've found that the 'Jack Herer' is a good strain for pain-management. I also grow Star Treck (Arcata Trainwreck x Sensi Star) which is available through the Washington & Oregon MMJ groups.

Another strain that you might want to look for is 'Sellwood Slammer' which is a local Portland favorite from years and years back. Same deal with 'Dog Sh*t' - a great strain.

You might also want to look for 'Medicine Man' and 'Medicine Woman' which are easily available.

I was surprised to see 'Big Bud' on your list. This is a 'cash-cropper' strain that is pretty much worthless with regard to medical cannabis.

Who gave you the idea that this strain was anything other than a black-market strain?
