hello stella,
I dunno much about what beans would be right for you, usually, it takes a long time to find a strain that fits one's personal tastes. personally, I stay away from fem. seeds, but I have seen many grow reports that show excellent results using them... but it is best to use regular seeds in my opinion, as you can also find nice males and make your own seeds and/or crosses too, plus regular seeds are more stable than fems.
much good luck, peace and health :)

If there is more than one strain in there doing the same foxtailing bit then yeah, its probably environmental, light leaks and nitrogen imbalance would be my first guesses as to the culprit, though it could be something exotic like a bad bulb radiating an out of whack light spectrum. Fix the light leak, check your nutes and maybe switch to another brand as a trial(keep it simple, General Hydroponics lucas or flora series are easy), get a new bulb and keep the old as a backup. Go for tried and true inexpensive strains off Seedbay/Seedboutique like the Skunk #1 offerings from TFD or Sensi, Legends Ultimate Indica, NL#5, Nirvana White label strains, annaC, Legends mix pack, etc...

Hydrochronic here, just trying to check out these photos of the rejuved plants. I'm thinkin a buddy has a similar problem with his white rhinos bought feminized from Green house headquatres. I just signed in and aparently I dont have the required posts to view Stella's photos. The plants just wont finish been nine weeks....looks like 6 to me. Wtf arjan????? Strawberry haze gets huge yields but smoke sucks...cheese as well but more of a daytimer......trainwreck now that wat Im talkin bout!!!!!!!!!But this white rhino seems to really suck....miid and bland tasting even with organic nutrients.

Perfect example of why you feed according to your plants, not some schedule. A sched is a basic, vague guide to be tweaked down to what your plants in your setup, with the amount of light you have, need...

What day flowering are these on? What are the exact nutrients and dosage you have been feeding? Are you sure you are feeding a bloom nute? Maybe it was labeled wrong or something, cause it doesn't look like you are giving any bloom nutes. Your vegging plants look great, but the flowering ones look like you are feeding the same veg nutes as the vegging plants. I'd bet you are feeding much too much N, the plants are much too dark green, the clawed down dark green leaves are classic signs of overfeeding. Excessive N delays finishing, promotes veg growth, not bud growth (why you have long spindly buds).

Those running buds could also be caused by high temps in the canopy. Heat causes foxtailing. Check temps at bud level.

Fill this out and it will help us help you.

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Are you using water from a water softener?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

for the pics use the button outlined in the pic below.

hahaha only trouble is, the peice of crap program that makes them work like this also resizes everything so theres no details left (which is just great for marcos and close ups of buds...durrrr) - anyways if you could see it, it would look like a paperclip

I'm with Pete, check your temps at bud level. If more than one strain is doing this and it's only the buds at the top of the canopy that are running then I think it might be a bit too warm at canopy level.

Doesn't matter how small your light leak is with some plants any light at all will screw them up exactly as you describe. Total darkness is essential for night times during flowering. They look overfed too though.

OK, how'd you fix it? So far, i've made the following changes...
changed the bulb (400 sodium)
im using a side by side grow cab, and did notice a TINY light leak, so taped that up with black gaffers, and changed nutes from the whole AN line to Ionic grow and bloom- for hard water, as my water is 300ppm outda tap! Also, im keeping the ppm down from 1100-1300 to 900-1100, with my ph around 5.8. I hope it will make a difference. Im also growing some bb blue cheeze, hope they don't get funky too...

The only thing i can think of is to bring your ppm down to like 800-1000, ive had issues with my plants when i bring the ppm up that high. its just to much nutrient. What strains are you growing? Leaves in that second pick look hella stressed!!!

space ghost might be right on this one. I have gotton diesel that looked just like that though, a bunch of times. Some of the phenos just have super long foxtails.

Long foxtails are a sign of sativa genetics, and sativas take longer to flower. some take 14 weeks. yours might take 11. give it a chance

Try adding more phosphate and magnesium, maybe that will help that fatten up a little.

Skipload makes a good point too.

Also check your humidity.
