NEW COLLECTIVE OPEN IN ALAMEDA!!!! CHECK IT OUT!

went into this dispensary called purple elephant collective in alameda, for the first time today and was very impressed. Got to chat with the two owners who are wonderful people: very knowledgable, professional and friendly. They explained the holistic services and benefits and rules of cooperative membership very well, and I could really see that this truly is a Non-Profit Collective run for the benefit of our community. Filled out the paperwork, got verified than picked up some GDP, East Bay Sour Diesel, and a gram of cheese (which was weighed to 1.4, very cool!) The Cheese is really good got me so medicated off one bong rip, the GDP and Sour Diesel are awesome too.

PS the Black just arrived..

no hats // hoodies is so that they cameras can get clear view of your face.
some banks have these rules implemented as well.... its for theirs (and your) safety.

as for photocopying information. this is standard operating process. you fill out a form
designating them as a caregiver. then you have to show photo ID and your original
reccomendation. if your rec and ID are current and up to date, then they will call to
verify your status through your medical practicioner. then the caregiver form is filed
along with a copy of your original reccomendation and your photo ID.

like i said. normal operating procedure. every shop does it...

Not every club will make you sign something designating them as your Caregiver...

Matter of fact I had to re-sign papers because they changed there paper-work, removing them as your dedicated/primary caregiver.

If you sign that paperwork and it somehow gets back to you while you're growing then you're not in compliance.

So I thinkk. :D

So if they're your "DESIGNATED" caregiver, that doesn't direct them as the person you get all your medicine from? So you can have multiple caregivers ie: two people growing for you. while still posessing under your county's limit?

I'm not sure for sure. I just know I had to sign papers where they took out the part that designates that as your CG.

Sorry for providing false info.

they are designated a resource caregiver,,not primary caregiver.
and they already defined that PRIMARY CAREGIVER,,,
falls more under nurse practicioner
((that means they have to do more than just facilitate medicine))

hopefully obama wont criss cross this issue and let the people who
are sick medicate without fear of persecution or imprisonment...
