Timeframe on my Northern Lights?

I'm in the 10th week of flower using 9 cfl's. They are a heavy indica, northern lightsxSkunk #1. I've clipped a small nug to sample and its drying now. The nug still looks small and pretty lite green. I used a 60-100x microscope and it looks as if the trich's are all cloudy or milky. I want to get the couch effect that amber trichs give you. Heres a few shots maybe they will help.

Im wondering if they will be ready within the next 4 weeks, Ive been using only h20 and molasses for 3 weeks now so no need to flush. Let me know what you guys think.

(sorry about the direction i took the pictures, you may want to turn your head.)

Whats up ganga? 9 weeks? According on how dominate the the northern lights is it maybe already done, looks like its done to me anyway. But if you really want the supercouch lock effect I would WAIT a couple more weeks until I did see some amber trichs, but no more than two weeks. However this is all my opinion, just thought I would give it and I hope it helps in some way or another. Looks delicious though I would have had it down 15 minutes ago as I like the sky high feeling of the sativa dominant strains but again its just me, peace.

They look great! Good job using molasses and h20, the smoke should be primo qual. They will probably ripen up pretty quick in the next week or two, 4 weeks longer might be too long but who knows.

Check the trich's in 5 days or so and I bet some of them will start turning amberish. Cheers.

sounds good guys, ya Free i was told molasses is a great additive for the last month or so from a couple local vets.
Ill keep checking on them and let you guys know.

**SMOKE REPORT**
I had a little clipping i took off dry weight today was a solid gram. I used a pyrex-rod and propane torch, not sure if your firmiliar with it, you just use a bong. The flavor really comes out with the scolding glass opening up all of the buds. Greevo is what i call it, anyways its a great way to smoke check it out on youtube.
The nug tasted very smooth but i believe a little more maturing and they will give me the body high instead of the intense cerebral high it has now. Its an indica so im looking for couch-lock.

**edit: sorry stoned,
had a question, if i clip the larger cola off first can i still allow the other less-mature nugs to continue growing? In other words harvesting main colas and let excess growth to continue without change? Let me know. thanks

Yes, you may harvest individual sites on the plant as they come to maturity at different times. This is an excellent method for harvesting a consistently potent crop.

Doing so will allow you some time to get a few more plants on their way...

Chopped Northern Lights!

Chopped Northern Lights!

I chopped the most mature nug on the plant so far, saw many amber's beggining to form. The reat of the plant is going to keep going for a couple weeks they are still clearish trichs.

Heres my 7 gram nug that is on day 3 dry in a cardboard box hanging. Going to brown paper bag her soon then it straight to curing for 2 weeks.

How does she look guys?
